Very bad service, I already went twice because the signal on my phone is failing and they only pay me and tell me that this is how it will work and if not, I should come back and I don't know what to do because they don't give me a solution to the problem ?

But what's happening, I can't watch a single video without my Internet blocking. I pay 130 for my cell phone and my WiFi and neither one nor the other works for me, it takes me out of the game Call of Duty Black OSP 2 because of the Internet.

The store service was great but the phone service is the worst I have ever had!!! The network is unstable a lot of the time and the internet very slow most of the time. I would never recommend this company ever

I went there to switch companies from cricket to metro the porting was good and fast, but they are so dishonest at the time saying they gonna add free phones cases and chargers but they charged me for what the Guy said was free, If I would know I have to pay I would said no. End of the bad experience I ended paying 75 dollars extra , don't go to this place don't recommend

Really dishonest over charge my elderly mom, and when I whent back to figure out the extra charges they past the blame to each other then conveniently blame an employee not in that day SMH..

Feel sorry for the people who work there. I was there twice today. They have no air conditioning. It was over 100 degrees in the store. Second time I was there I almost blacked out.
