The owner of the place was very rude, I've had already gone to her shop a couple of times but last time I went it was very disappointing for me. She for sure lost a faithful customer.

This is my favorite flower shop in Bell Gardens. I wanted to surprise my fiancé but didn’t have much time to come in so I preordered my arrangement through the phone and I wasn’t disappointed! I bought 2 dozen roses and number balloons. The arrangement was beautiful and the price was fair. You must give them a try!!!

This company currently owes one of their vendors more than $1,300 for work that was performed, and equipment that was provided. We have sent letters, emails, and even made multiple phone calls. This company has refused any and all resolution, and the owner has flat out refused to pay, even with the equipment still inside the location. I would be careful doing business with this company if this is the way business is handled.

The woman that was working there is amazing. We had a lil bit of a language barrier but she didn't let that stop her. Great customer service. Will definitely go there again.

Where do I even began!!!!! Stay away from this place. I'm not one to give bad reviews but after what I experience never again will I ever come back to this place. The signs were everywhere!!!! To start the place is messy from the inside and she has food everywhere and at one point I even saw a cockroach roaming around and very unorganized. How is is this lady still in business I do not know, but she shouldn't there is a flower shop one block away next to a donut shop that have better quality and better customer service. So this lady has done a few flower arrangements before and she did a decent job, which is why we keep coming back and referring people to her. So my sister recommended her friend to get her bride bouquet here. Her friend placed her order WEEKS before the big day. The pick up person was going to be my sister. The big day comes and my sister goes to pick up her friends bouquet. The lady was barely starting to make it, apparently there was a confusion with the order and started making excuses. My sister was so furious because she had to leave ASAP since the wedding was about 1hr away. What else could she do except to wait now !!! Already knowing this I still gave this lady a chance and went to go place the order for centerpieces. I took with me a picture of the color and flowers I wanted, so there could not be any misunderstandings. As she was writing the receipt she keep messing up on what needed to be done(she was all over the place) then I told her I wanted to pick up the centerpieces a day before, she said it was fine and she would have them ready. I payed my deposit and left. The day comes for me to pick them up on Friday. She did not have them ready and she hadn't even started them yet either!!!! She forgot my order, but assure me that she did have my flowers, I was so angry. She knew she messed up so she offer to take them to my house later on at night . At night she did not show up, she called and said she was to scared to drive alone to my home but that for sure she would take them to me first thing in the morning. The next day she arrives with UGLY OLD FLOWERS !!!! And to top it off WRONG COLOR FLOWERS !!!! I wanted to cry the color she had put did not match the decoration of the party I was having Thankfully my sister was there and she told her that what she was giving us was trash and she had lied to me when she said she had everything. The lady keep making excuses and at the end I only gave her $20 and the remaining balance I did not give. What upsets me is that she knew she was taking crappy flowers along with the wrong colors, and knowing that my party was the same day she knew I had my hands tied down and did not have options to go get other flower arrangements. At the end my sister went to the store and bought flowers to add and match If I could give this a zero star I would. Like I said I do not know how this lady is in business!!!!! Just don't be surprised if your arrangement comes with a cockroach !!!!

I would definitely recommend Mary's flower shop!!! Great choice of fresh flowers and good prices. There's a reason I continue to go back. Also awesome customer service real nice lady.

Prices are good, the only reason service is good is because nobody is eve in the shop! Got some flowers for the wife and when she attempted to put them in a vase they started falling apart 😡
