Denise is super nice
Ralph and Tony worked fast to help me replace both of my flat tires and even gave me tips on how to make sure my tires stay inflated longer. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs service on their bicycles.
Thanks for saving my hide guys!

I live in bell gardens and since the pandemic has started, they have only been open once...they are ALWAYS closed...dont think about "checking" this place out, it'll be a waste of time and gas for i think they are out of business.

WTH happen to the place???It looks beyond neglected!!!I'd take my bikes there for years because I trusted my old home town bike shop & now I'm dealing with just Steve who didn't have any parts I use to purchase such as strong lasting reliable tires. He could only sell me $16.00 tires.Nevertheless, I still gave him a chance only to find one of the tires patruding outward, so I can't ride my bike until I take it back for fixing. I live in DTLA & sadly I didn't realize the issue until I got home & I took it off my bike rack. UGH!!!?

I picked up a beat up Cannondale M400 on the inter web. My first stop was to J&M Bike Shop.Steve at the shop replaces bad cables, chain and went through the brake system, I’m a happy Customer

Bad service, tires were not in stock he order them for me, I paid in full so I would have no inconvenience on my return and he played stupid when I arrived for my tires claiming that i send some to pick them up with no receipt. He sold my tires to someone else after I had already paid for them and had a receipt. BAD, REALLY BAD SERVICE!!

I'm so glad that J&M bike shop is still around, I've been coming here since 1986-1987 I was only 12 yrs old. Best thing it's family owed and their customer service is second to none not to mention the quality of bikes and prices are great!

I was told my son's bike parts would take a few days to arrive but one of the men went out of their way to personally go and pick up the items when I mentioned it was my son's bday and they had it ready that same day. Thanks a bunch!

Brought in my 1987 Bertoni road bike mechanic was able to fix my cable housing from tearing up! 15$ bucks with a new part that I was missing. Thank you again.
