To every employee at this location Andre Mike and Susie Thank you all so much literally had a vehicle repossessed because of lyft's mistake and within an HOUR they had cleared the horrible error and got me into another vehicle so fast and a bit cheaper. Customer service is like the best all of them should run their own location I didn't have to streds as they called me to offer help and resolve the problem. Special extra thanks to Andre for informing me about lyft rent to buy program I will definitely apply and let them know you sent me

APPARENTLY THE HOURS OF OPERATION ARE FROM 8AM TO 5PM. I GOT HERE AT 8:25AM AND THE GATE IS CHAINED UP. AN EMPLOYEE SHOWED UP AT 9AM. AND IS JUST SITTING IN HIS CAR. I GUESS WE'RE WAITING FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO OPEN THE GATE!! VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE !!

I returned a vehicle last Wednesday and I'm still being charged and lyft keeps messaging to return the vehicle I already did that and you keep trying to charge my card for what you have the car

I have Been dealing with this location for about 16months through the lyft express drive program.. every visit for maintenance check or vehicle switch was in a timely manner and with great customer service... no matter how full the lobby is.. they get things done!... I'm taking a little break from it, but I know once I need a rental again...THIS would be the place I do it at... Mike and his team are courteous and pretty good at what they do..

Whatever you do don’t rent a car from here . Staff is very unprofessional !!! my husband paid the down payment to rent a car there they sent his money back to his bank account with out letting him know then they came to repo the car at 3 am acting like thieves . This place needs to have better communication skills with their customers .Definitely choosing Enterprise next time .

I cant believe what i just rented we didnt check the car back seats because wd trusted but when we got home to start packing stuff we saw this mess and thats not all , they just cleaned the front seats and the rest old food from who knows how long its been there and for 500 $ plus insurance its really the worst experience and cant do nothing but cleaning it ourselfs the trip is today and hertz closed early .
