The removing of the express lanes it’s causing more wait time.
The self cashiers machines are limited to buying products.
I think they should fix the machines or bring back the express check out with a human again.

Everything was there I have no problem the problem with the parking lots of hassle but other than that it's a great store

I saw a little girl running in and out of store socks and no shoes or jacket .( it was night ) and sometimes towards the parking lot . I saw what i think her mom a blond on the phone leaning against the building outside . I told employees and said oh the mom usually does that and leaves her son . After I questioned why dont they call the police . Very upsetting as a mother . The employees didnt even care .

The self-checkout is so user-unfriendly.
The software SUCKS!! It's so frustrating that Food 4Less doesn't have actual cashiers. It took me longer at the self checkout machine than it did shopping or waiting in line. Plus the attendant was not able to manage the machines herself. She had to help everyone who used it. I won't shop at any Food 4 less again.

In the cold meat area, I stood in line to wait for my turn, I asked for something else from next door and according to what it is, it is another department and no, they wanted to serve me. I think that one is going to buy, not to ask for a gift or that the people who serve the meats are bad. cold and those next door throw the ball and there are only numbers on one side and I don't give them zero stars because there is an option of zero but I would give them zero

The issue is theres not enough employees working the checkout and resorting to people waiting in really long line in the self checkout center taking from 30 mins to hours. We need more people working in check out.
