Charles Schwab doesn't use every opportunity to discredit other banking systems - although they have plenty of room to. The only reason why I did not rate them a perfect 5 star score, is because the male receptionist was very rude. Customer service is not his strength. His comments were short, snappy and trite. He should not be the face of Charles Schwab at 3rd & Grand. Hopefully it was just a bad day, or his time of the month. Otherwise, bank away! :)”
