The owner is very kind and helpful. This morning my dog lost her battle to chronic pancreatitis, so I was searching for some nice flowers for her. Half way through choosing the flowers I wanted she asked me what I was getting the flowers for. I told her my dog had passed away a few hours ago, and she asked me to tell her more about it. She listened attentively and comforted me. She even gave me a discount even after I told her I could pay full price. When I left I felt grateful I walked into her flower shop.
