1. Open certain ONLY CERTAIN HOURS for a ATM withdrawal ? 2. Depositing money doesn't even go well it ate my money twice it's a easy fix over the phone but inconvenient 3. Trying to deposit money for my grandma with a teller waiting in line just to be told I had to use the ATM this bank is a flop I'm switching banks for most part I just have trouble in this location

I went to chase today because I had questions in regards to my chase sapphire. The chase employee was very helpful and had great customer service. He took his time to answer all my questions. I forgot to get his name but he had a beard and sat in the third desk. He made my Chase experience great!
