This place is great. Upon walking in, I was greeted and assisted immediately. Madelyn was the associate that helped me and she was amazing. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and demonstrated genuine interest in helping me. The store experience was great but Madelyn made it even better. I recommend her if your visiting this store. 10/10!

I absolutely cannot recommend this furniture store. I placed an order and they did everything wrong. I had to waste my day waiting for a piece of furniture and after I called to see what time it would arrive, they couldn't help me. They said it was canceled twice. They made it. and they canceled it and they didn't notify me and they didn't help me either because they didn't know why
Since the saleswoman María placed the order everything started badly, first I changed my name and then they canceled my orders and they don't know why if I had credit it was accepted!!!!!'

I gave it a star just to comment, I went to look for something, a woman helped me who was very "friendly" but when I left she thought I had left the store and started laughing with her colleagues about what she was looking for, what a lack of respect and professionalism

Ridiculous sales people here who are not honest and are just trying to make a sale, management did not honor error sales person made to satisfy the customer in anyway! I do not recommend coming here. We were told PRIOR to running credit that the furniture was in stock - and were given a delivery date, that was not true. Unacceptable. Credit was ran and a credit card was issued. I did not end up buying anything here, so that was a complete waste of my time and credit!
