If I were you, I would definitely pick a different place. I dropped my car for an insurance claim and they took a week longer to return it. I had the car for less than a year after the repairs and the paint job they did starts to peel. I take the car back on the day they told me to take it back they said It would be ready by Friday I dropped it off on Wednesday. It's now Monday and so I talk to the man in charge Ricardo. And he says it won't be ready till Wednesday. Just to repaint the front end. He said "it takes 3 days to paint the front bumper of the car". Thats a little too long for just the front end. And even if that is true it would have been good to know the day I dropped it off instead of telling me by Friday it should be ready.

My 2016 kia got broken into and took it to this shop as it was recommended by my insurance. I dropped it off and all seemed well. On the app it said my car was ready, so I called Monday to see if i can pick it up. They told me they needed to run tests still so not until Tuesday after 12 it would be ready and they would call at 10. They didn't call me Tuesday at 10 so I called at 3 to inform them I was going. I was then asked by Anthony who told me to go get my car because no one would call to tell me that since it's not ready yet. Even the app said it was ready on Tuesday @ 3:03. He said he was going to call me within 30min but ended up calling me 1hour later from his personal phone asking me if I could go get it and where I was even though the shop closes at 5 which didn't allow me to be able to drop off the rental and go pick up my car. So then Wednesday I called them to let them know I was going after work so I dropped off the rental and headed to the body shop which then as I arrived Ricardo was shaking 4 blank plastic keys in my face saying these were for my car. I told him what happened to my original kia fobs and was told me that another car was here for 5 months waiting on keys so they gave me plastic ones as a favor so I didn't have to wait. The keys were different so I had 1 key for the doors and another one for the ignition. I was told by Anthony it wasn't a big deal and it was a 30min fix to get 1 key for both the doors and ignition which then we agreed that on Thursday at 4 they would send a lock smith to my house so they could fix the 2 key issue. Thursday rolls around and 5pm hits and we finally get a call from Ricardo saying that when would we like to set up the appointment for the locksmith to come even though in person I was told they would already be coming on Thursday at 4. He said he would call me back 10min later and we never heard from them again until I called Friday when they finally sent someone to my job. I was under the impression that I would get an original kia fob which was my mistake to do so having seen how unprofessional the body shop has been. So I went from having separate blank keys to now having 1 blank key but no original kia fobs. I finally called my insurance to let them know what happened which then my insurance tried calling them multiple times with no success. When we finally got through and came to an agreement they said they would order the keys and call me back with any updates which they never did until I called my insurance the following Monday to see what was happening and that's when I was told of the updates through my insurance and not the body shop. I would avoid this place at all costs, it is not worth the headache, time lost, and back and forward with Ricardo and Anthony. I would give zero stars if possible.

Fantastic from start to finish! Customer service was exceptional, my car was actually finished a little earlier than quoted, owner/manager were SO helpful in helping me navigate through the process. I felt like I was their only customer- even down to my finished car being immediately out front ready for me after receiving my final paperwork (I have no clue when they did this because I saw where it was parked and I was standing up front). I would highly NOT recommend this facility. Unprofessional, unreliable, and poor communication. The manager of this facility has poor communication towards his customers. In general they don't update or notify you of any changes regarding your vehicle repairs. They cover themselves by notifying the app once you call the facility to get an update to make it seem like they touch bases with their customers. It is common courtesy to tell customers if there is a delay in their vehicle repairs and the vehicle will not be ready as previously promised. Therefore, instead of being apathetic towards people when they feel frustrated for the constant delay in the their vehicle repairs and they take time off their day to arrange pick up. Try to run your business more professional and notify customers prior to them contacting the shop.

Took my car here because my insurance recommended it. My biggest issue is the time. The app they have said my vehicle was going to be ready today. I took half my day off to be able to pick it up just so they can tell me it's not going to be ready until Thursday. Why have the app if you guys aren't going to have my car ready. If you are like me and time is important. Don't come here.

I took my 2023 Caddilac here for to small dents on my passenger rear corner panel! When I picked up my car they had painted the panel and the passenger door a different color my insurance company said I had to take it back and give them a chance to correct the Mitch match color! I pick my car up and now the have painted half my rear bumper and the entire passenger side of my car that had no damage the wrong color I called they lied I had it inspected and of course I was right not only that they glued and damaged my window molding and bent my Crome around my windows

I'm really really unhappy with your dealership and my son's experience. He spent €50 in an Uber to pick up his car 40 minutes before he was told they would close and person to give him the key would be leaving for the evening, but when he got there, he was told that he could not get the key until the next day. As he was leaving to go back home, at again another $50 to himself in an Uber, he saw someone else driving his car to a different part of the lot, so of course they did have the key and could have given it to him. So they wasted $100 of my son's money, my money. I expect management to offer me a refund. They are a corrupt bunch of crooks, don't use them.

First timer coming to this body shop and got to say was very impressed with the work which was done to the car. I have a new body shop that I can go to for any future needs.

Only have positive things to say about this collision center. Recently had an incident with my vehicle and unfortunately it was a total loss due to the repairs being valued higher than the cars value. I got a pretty solid estimate and I was able to get a newer model of my vehicle within the next week. They worked with my insurance and allowed me to get all of my stuff out the car before saying goodbye to it. I highly recommend this place and thank you Hector for helping me out 100% of the way.

Thorough and friendly service. My car was in for about a week. It took a little longer than I would have liked but it looks brand new! They fixed every scratch and dent and my car has a new life-- for sure! They were very welcoming, friendly and professional and they have added perks such as polishing the headlights for free. I like when a company goes out of their way to make sure you're happy. Thank you.
