Really nice and helpful people in the front office. carstar took care of my car and did an amazing job restoring it. I even took it in without washing for months and it came out looking brand new! Will definitely use CARSTAR again if necessary (hopefully not!)

From the moment I called, they took great care of me and understood what I needed, excellent customer service. The first person who helped me, I don't remember her name, she was a woman with excellent customer service and very accessible. They delivered my vehicle before the stipulated time, they were in constant communication and afterwards Ricardo took great care of me by delivering my very clean vehicle. I was very satisfied with the service. I know that no one would like to have an accident like in my case, if it happens to them or they have to do a paint repair on their vehicle or some blow or collision, I 100% recommend CARSTAR BELL AUTO COLLISION CENTER.

Afrer having a bad experience with Crash Champion in Downey CA it was refreshing to find an honest auto body shop like Carstar from day 1 they were very helpful and accommodating even getting me an Uber home when I dropped off my truck and had no ride home. Unfortunately my insurance chose to total my truck instead of fixing it so my work was never done but I must say they have some honest workers there I left my truck there for 10 days with some valuable and nothing was touched when I went to pick up my belongings they didn't rush me even had a worker by the name of Luis help with packing everything. Ricardo I believe his name is was very helpful with explaining how this process works all and all awesome experience to bad my truck was total R.I.P Tundra
