I went to get shoes repaired, “We don’t do that anymore” is how he greeted me while only looking at me and talking with another customer when I walked in…. With a scowl on his face. I get he doesn’t do repairs EVEN though the ad said he does. It was the greeting that put me off. ☹️I’m not motivated to go there for anything else, ever.
