Came to this location 3 times and every time it's the longest I've ever had to wait in line at a bank. Simply poor management for the scheduling and slow staff all around. Hate having to come here.

Friendly tellers, but put a 7-day hold on my TD Ameritrade check and another hold on my PayPal check, when Wells Fargo is PayPal's bank. WHAT?? And, for some crazy reason I am never given full same day credit for my deposits over about $2,000. Many times I only get $500 of it.....Grrrr, I'm sure these are corporate mandates, but the are really annoying and nonsensicle. Also, when Covid was more serious, the guard at the bank entrance was NOT mandating that people wear masks. WHY?? How about protecting the safety of your customers??

Business banking for several years at this branch and the business managers have been great. Every bank has hiccups in service occasionally and some services take more time to complete, but overall the service at this branch is good. Best to make an appointment for services other than general banking to avoid longer wait times.

Slow customer service. A bank teller had the person in the front line wait just to chit chat with her bank teller co worker and as soon as she saw her manager walk out and gave her the look, she quickly went back to her section and attended the next customer in line, horrible and lazy. These girls should be working at a warehouse to get their laziness off their minds.

This is a Branch that cares. After being directed by the fraud dept to go to my local branch because my card had been compromised, I tried in vain to use the local Wells Fargo on Second Street in Beaumont. It was useless as was the manager I spoke with. In desperation I called the 6th Street branch. They immediately worked me in and took care of everything in less than 10 minutes. They absolutely understood the need to have fraud taken care of. Thank you 6th Street. Bah humbug 2nd street.
