Wells Fargo is a nightmare. I would recommend anyone who values their peace of mind to steer clear of this place. Their customer service is painful. Negative zero rating.

Don't use this branch. ! You are better off carrying your money in a paper bag. My card was compromised, fraud dept told me someone in Hawaii . They said just go into your local office get a temporary card. Easy right ? Nope. Bankers busy no appointments available for 2 days? Did I hear that right ? Spoke with a manager she kept going in circles blaming covid. I'm sorry if Wells Fargo hasn't figured out how to help in an emergency in 6 months it's no wonder the Bank is under constant trouble. Time to leave this Bank. ** Was able to get an emergency appt at another branch. That's customer service. Hopefully they consolidate this branch to the better knowledgeable one I found.

A young bank employee eight or so feet behind the counter, not a teller, lowered her mask and coughed when I was in the bank this week. She was in pain when she coughed, and it was obvious that she was very sick. This could mean she could have had a cold, the flu, or the coronavirus, but she should not have been working and she should have been sent home. Another Wells Fargo in the IE had to close recently because of the coronavirus. The bank employee had black hair.

This bank is usually very fast with few customers making for a great experience. Today only two customers up at windows being dealt with quickly. Three bankers, two with customers and the other banker told us to wait. Evidently playing on her computer was more important than dealing with customers. Then she got up and left telling us she would be with us shortly. Since we didn't have more than five minutes to accommodate her schedule we left. We will take our money elsewhere.

I am so upset with this bank. I went to Wells Fargo to apply for a loan to add a rack to my work truck. I had recently applied for a credit card to make the purchase but since there was a two week wait to receive the card I figured I should apply for a loan with the bank I do my business banking with. Well, I asked to apply for a loan just to cover the cost of the rack and the banker decided -on his own, to apply me for a loan to cover the cost of my work truck also. He tried to sell me a loan to buy off the loan I just took with the dealership. I was livid to find out the amount he applied me for. Needless to say, this was a hard hit on my credit! I got approved but because he decided to take my loan request into his hands, I refused to accept the loan and waited for my credit card instead. Wells Fargo completely lost my business and I will stick to other lenders in the future. The banks should not manipulate customer requests for their benefits. What a loss. Their tellers spend all day promoting loans only to have a business owner, at their own will request a loan and lose the opportunity. Shame on you Wells Fargo.

Reps were unable to resolve my issue, even though I've been a long time customer. I provided feedback about the poor customer service i perceived to get, and all i got back was excuses and platitudes. CS manager referred me to banks website, but i reminded her that if i want to get info on website, i would be on website. I'm in bank so how about you helping me. businesses like this one shouldn't ask for customer feedback because they dismiss it while you're still giving it. Darlene, the alleged CS manager provided inadequate customer service. Looking for new bank now . . .

I love Wells Fargo. The Customer service is amazing. The team is very friendly and outgoing. There is never a wait at this location.
