Ordered pick up and had to wait almost 15 minutes. The app said my order had been delivered and I didn't get it for another 10 mins. So slow! Not shopping here again.

'Sorry I don't have a walkie " was the comment that I received from 4 different employees. When asking for assistance to unlock the fitting rooms to try on some clothes. Leon was so horrible , rude and vindictive as some sword of manager. His actions were not professional representing the company .

Return section 8 people in line with 1 service member at desk, maybe there should be another associate helping with returns? Poor attention to customers time with long waits. Makes other competitors more attractive for certain sales it looks like there can be more improvements?

1 star for your pick up area. I places an order around 11am to be ready at 5pm I get the notification that's it's ready for pick up at 3pm I go there at 5pm and all the spots are full to park. I speak to a worker and they tell me they're still working on it on my order! I'm sir my order only has 2 small items and for the notification 3 hours ago that it was ready for pick up. 25 mins later they marked it as picked up and still with no order. I reached support on the phone and told me that's not right and they made a complaint for this store. This happened to me already a few times in one year. Unacceptable.

This has to be by far the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. I waited an hour to try and get some alcoholic beverages for the Fourth of July. Mind you the manager that has the keys since there’s only one manager that has keys walked past me and said sorry I’m on lunch so who am I to go to as a consumer and a customer? Leadership needs to really rethink on who’s taking care of their store and their customers. I would honestly rate a zero or negative if there was an ability to do that.

Worst experience in my whole entire life. I pressed the button to get an associate to come to where the razors are. 45 minutes later still no one. I went to hunt down an associate and when I finally found one they said that that didn’t have the key to open it, then I asked if they can call someone, they said that they didn’t have a radio. Talk about poor customer service. But I blame the leaders of this company for not giving the proper training to associates
