This review is specifically for Nancy in the Deli. We walked up as Nancy was walking out to go refill a case. When she noticed that we were waiting at the case, she came right back to help us. There were many people standing around the bakery, and no one offered help, nor did they offer to get help for us. Nancy was great offering samples to us so we knew exactly what we wanted to purchase. She loves customer service, and it definitely showed.

This is the worst. The customer service was horrible I waited and pushed the button for help just for a tire tube for a bike. I asked 2 employees for help and they didn't have the key and "called" someone over. No one ever came. over 1 hour wait, way to go walmart. I got tired of waiting for so long I left to go to Big 5. I would rather rate a 0 than a 1.

Use the drive up and go for groceries. Rarely do they have to substitute. The last time I went they were loading my gorceries in under 2 minutes after I checked in. Albertson's across the street is horrible. Check out my review on them.

I placed a pick up order for this location. I got a email saying it was ready. When I got there I waited 30-40mins before an employee came to my window and said they were force canceling all of the orders because they were behind. I told the employee that I had received an email stating my order was ready and he said he would check. Another 40mins later and a different employee came to my window to get my name and said they were making a list to see who was actually still in the pick up spaces. 20mins later they came back and said they didn't have my order. Mind you I had also gotten another email to remind me my order was ready while I was sitting in the parking lot. The employee also then told me that I had to call corporate to cancel the order so that I wouldn't be charged. So not only do they not care about their customers, they straight lied to my face. I guess I shouldn't have expected much from a Walmart. I will never shop here again.

I ordered three items online- for pick-up at this store. I pulled into the pick-up area, called the number posted, and within 3 minutes, I was on my way. This is a very well-organized facility. My highest recommendation!

This is the worst Walmart I've ever been to my wife waited 45 minutes for someone to open the case for formula for our baby and the staff didn't care just ignored her if I were you I'd make the drive to another Walmart and this one can be empty the employees aren't worth the pay

This review is for the Pharmacy and Male Pharmacist in particular. Very poor customer service. Decides to override Surgeons post operative medications on his own. Wouldn't even transfer to another local pharmacy. just insisted I needed to call dr and reduce the pescribed amount because in his opinion it was too strong. Doesn't know my medical history or even the procedure. Terrible service has I see many others have noted from this particular person.

My review is strictly about the deli. Nancy makes the best sandwiches. any time I've placed an order they have been exceptional. she always does a great job. never disappointed. I rather go to Nancy then any other fast food chain sandwich shop. Nancy takes the time to make sure your order is perfect.

If I could give no stars for the curbside service today I would at this point. Jonathan working in curbside at this Walmart was absolutely horrible. He didn't help me load my car and when I thought an order of plates was missing but I already put it in the car he stood there laughing at me. He also gave me attitude when I let him know a complaint was going to be filed on him for not helping me. Horrible customer service today for curbside.

I needed to get a refund on a money order I had purchased from there The cashier working customer service didn't know what to do so she called for the supervisor. Amber took almost 30 minutes to get to me and then told policy said she couldn't do it because I didn't have the paper receipt. I had the money order receipt my ID and the debit card I used. She then told me she couldn't look it up because the money order didn't have a date. I showed where the date clearly was. We went back and forth for another 30 minutes and finally I said fine I will just call corporate tomorrow. Amazing then she could do it!

I am a Walmart fanatic - very picky with the locations I shop at because we all know the Walmart stereotype.This location is one of my favorites in Southern California, the employees are friendly & helpful, inventory is always stocked & the size of the store is huge. I was able to pick up lots of Fall goodies at great prices. Keep it up!

We attempted to purchase a Hart lawnmower. Complete disaster. The return process was a nightmare. Two tries to find one that worked. Never again will I purchase anything electrical from Walmart. The manager could care less and is not helpful.

I actually like this walmart a lot. It's clean and stocked and better than the other Walmarts down West. I used to never shop at Walmart until I found this one! They always have great clearance items.

I've been to this Walmart only twice now, once last October (2022) and just recently Friday 8/11/23 around 11 am.I reluctantly went to Walmart as our own in N. Cal has no help and not a good experience. This Walmart is like night and day from my home. We were RV/tent camping up the mountain and had multiple bike flat tires from all the "stickers" in the dirt. We needed tubes, bike repair items, RV/tent tape (as our pooch made a 3 foot tear in the tent too).. and a few other unexpected items.This store is huge. I sent one teen one way and I went the other. He found the food (including gluten free stuff I needed) and I found the auto area and asked for help for the green slime emergency tire stuff.. there were several employees available as we walked through the store. I just happened to find the nicest man in the auto/rv area. He helped with the item I needed there, then I asked about the "slime" for bikes and also needed tubes. He happily led me there and waited until I was ready and opened the locked case there for me too. So patient and offered to help with anything else. Wow! Most appreciated!I later returned looking for tent repair tape.. I was only steps away but didn't know it. Another gentleman was there and took me right to it. I wish I paid attention to names. They were so helpful. I would have spent twice as much time there had they not helped and I had dogs and kids to get back to. I was in and out in 30 min.. and back up the mountain much sooner than expected to enjoy our time there.Clean, helpful and well stocked store!
