A-FREAKING AMAZING… this is my favorite UPS store in the surrounding area. It’s well-staffed, clean, and convenient. I walked in today to drop-off a package and was in-and-out! I’ve been to other UPS stores recently and have had to wait almost a full hour to be seen, not here! I like that I can drop my items off at the register without shenanigans and can confidently trust this store.
The gentleman who helped me was super friendly and gave me a receipt without me asking! He was warm and professional. The other staff also greeted me, such a nice touch! I’m definitely going to come here more often as I never get this customer service at other locations. I also liked that they treated each customer like adults and human beings!
I highly recommend The UPS Store for shipping items, it’s a fairly simple process with good value. It’s always recommended to print out your label before coming, however they can assist you with that here if you need it. Oh and apparently they do live scans now? I got a $2 coupon today for a LiveScan, yayyy! Just another reason to visit.

I absolutely love the manager of this store Miss Lisa… She and her staff have helped me over the last year With many many things. With sending VA documents and shipping multiple packages. I do a lot of shipping and I’m in there quite often and just to see the staff so pleasant so helpful and they’re always working. It’s a joy to see a business run this well.

We had several large boxes and Zack came out to help us bring them in. Hannah that scanned my boxes in was wonderful. This was above and beyond my last month's experience. Manager was late opening which caused me to be layered to work then she was rude and hateful. This time she was too busy on her personal phone to help or even greet us.
