People very nice, good customer service.. my hat goes off to my groomer VANESSA, this young lady has been there for my fur babies each and every time. When i think of Petco Beaumont i think of Vanessa she treats my fur babies with such care.

Jerry working at the front counter today was very unwelcoming and quite rude. I was inquiring to talk to a specific person who was not there at the time and was basically alienated and treated like a criminal, He was VERY condescending. I have never felt so embarrassed by someone after being treated like that publicly. There is zero customer service about him. He had the biggest 'I don't give a f" attitude telling me it was his first day at that particular store, (but not new to Petco) insinuating he was not going to help whatsoever. I have never experienced such blatant insincerity from any employee, anywhere, ever. And I would hate to have his face at the door of my company.

I love ordering online and picking up at the Beaumont store. it always goes well just like it says. I placed my order online, pretty soon I get an email and I can pick up whenever I’m ready. I have a number to call to the store direct I pull up I park I called the number takes a minute or two but they answer and I tell him the color of my car they come out I show my ID they load my trunk. They tell me to have a nice day what could be better than that ?

Do you think a huge pet supply store like this would have an anti diarrheal medicine? Not a prescription, just an OTC for dogs? Well, they don't! And I needed one. My dog had been sick for a few days. Tried pumpkin. Rice. Imodium. Nothing helped! Guess where I turned? Amazon! Delivered the very next day and less than 24 hours later, Vets Preferred brand, anti diarrheal and upset stomach relief arrived! Works like a charm and saved hundreds of dollars in vet bills. I suggest keeping some on hand, otherwise you'll be grasping frantically at straws like I did.
