Customer service was horrible.. The representative acted like she was annoyed to help me . The mattress is not comfortable at all. I regret my purchase.

Very fast and friendly service. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Good communication while waiting for delivery. Great prices. Highly recommend them.

Paid a lot of money for a firm mattress, less then 12 months downs the line and it's a flimsy piece of s**** I'm Hispanic was trying to keep it local but these people bent me over with a smile and a lie, not real Hispanics, Ortega name is trash.
