Bought a brand new 2950 top of the line commercial treadmill 14 months ago. I am running at a speed on 10 last week and it abruptly stops and I almost fly off. Extremely dangerous. Come to find out it does this every 10 seconds when trying to run faster than 10 mph. This is their top of the line best 2950 treadmill we spent $3000 that is nearly brand new. Message them and they say it will cost $250 to have a tech come out and that they will CONTACT me in 5 business days but have no idea once they contact me what the timeline is.For a $3000 commercial treadmill meant to be in a gym to break with a 115 pound female running on it maybe 3 x a week for a year- tells your about the quality of their products. Not only to mention the danger of a treadmill abruptly stopping at high speeds unexpectedly.Looks like it is a manufacturer defect upon installation with the controller board from all the reddit threads online everyone is having this issue at higher speeds- but they still want to charge me for parts and service, UP FRONT with 0 estimation of timeline. Looks like other reviews on this page literally have the same issue with the controller board.DO NOT BUY IFIT PRODUCTS.

First off their security was extremely professional and very nice. Does his job 100% with respect. Appointment was at 6pm was docked and red light by 615. Hour and half loading time which is fair time for me. Good experience for us. 10/27/21

iFit has been great to work with. They listen to our feedback and offer a wide range of products to help fulfill our exercise needs. We recently received a product from iFit and it was directly communicated with us on multiple levels, when our product would arrive. It was ordered and delivered within a few days time span.I previously received a product for free from the company to share my honest opinion.

I really like the location for me it’s just a few hours away and has pretty much everything I need. They have racks, plates, treadmills, and more. They have been very easy to work with and communication has been a breeze. I would recommend checking them out for your fitness needs.
