I recently went in for my 6 month hair trim and this was the result. I went back to a stylist (veronica) I had seen once before because I liked her work, so I don’t understand why this time around was so different. I left the salon with wet hair so I wasn’t able to tell how messed up it was before I paid, tipped and left. As soon as I got home and styled it myself, I was beyond disappointed. I reached out, sent her a picture of my hair and asked her to fix it. She had told me that it was “exactly” like the picture I showed her and that I should’ve said something before I left (again, it was wet). I brushed it off and instead asked her if I could come back in and have her blend/texturize it. She then proceeded to tell me she’d have to charge me for another haircut. It wasn’t until I stood my case that she said she’d give me a $10 discount and then proceeded to suggest an undercut. I’m not the type to leave reviews, or get anyone in trouble. She is a kind lady, but any professional hair stylist who cuts hair like this honestly shouldn’t be operating.

Helene made me blonde again ! My hair was far over due and a lot of work to get back to blonde. I give her 10 stars. Thank you Helene for being patient and so kind to me and working overtime! Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great work and super friendly atmosphere.

The salon is a beautiful, lovely, put-together salon, but my hairdresser should not be doing highlights. It will take a good 6 months before my hair grows back, every morning when I'm trying to hide the broken, kinked hairs I get more and more upset. For what they charge there (pricey), they should be able to work w/fine hair. Now I know why she cut it way TOO short, she knew she burnt it. I didn't discover until next day (wish I wouldn't have tipped and paid cash). I'm not a confrontational person, but I needed to get this off my chest. Now, again I'm looking for a hairdresser who can do simple blonde (not white) hi-lights, moved here 8 months ago. Karen - not happy

Brynn is doing an amazing job giving me blonde highlights & covering up my gray! I go every 4-5 weeks! Everyone is friendly & kind. The salon is clean, bright & no drama.
