Quick response time and friendly pickup to take the vehicle to a dealership. Even better that they knew the people at service, was reassuring in a time that could definitely use some reassurance. Beat the pricing of other companies that either wanted more for the transportation or wanted more and couldn't be here as quickly as Empire.

My nephew accidentally got locked in the car so we called Abel and even after a long days work, rushed over and got him out in seconds!! As new parents this was traumatic but if it wasn’t for his service it would have been worse! Best experience ever! Thank you again!Services: Car lockouts

Abel truck# 7 is the best I called him and he answered on the second ring and then he told me he would get to me in 20 mins but he got there 17 mins I told him what happen to my truck and he looked up a garage that can fix it took us there and made sure we were ok before he leave btw we are from Phoenix and broke down in Beaumont cali on the I 10 E he was also very inexpensive please call empire towingThanks Abel you rockService: Special vehicle towing

Told me he would be there in 10... he showed up in 4 !!! I was home in less than 5 minutes with my truck on the ground in my driveway !!! Great service !!

They picked up one of my rental cars and then tried to extort me for the key. They wanted $50 for my own key. Extortion. They should be arrested and charged with the crime.
