Keep calling, I never get an answer. This is my 4th time driving down during business hours and its always closed.Just read your reply to my review. You're correct, I am literate. There is no need to be nasty. Obviously you are very upset with any negative reviews. Reading previous reviews on Yelp you tend to smear customers on the reviews they leave and never have sympathy.I visited your store last week Friday around 4pm. No one was there. I called your store from my personal phone as well. I have attempted to use your service to no avail.I have done business with you in the past and have had to call you because you are not in the shop during your posted hours.Hopefully you find this review as constructive criticism

One of my boys received this cute little glove trophy from his baseball team. I noticed it had Custom Trophies & U Neek Award's label on the bottom of the base. I was very happy with the look and overall design of this trophy that, I just had to order something for my other son to remember his time playing youth baseball. I went to the location and I was greeted by Tracy. I was very pleased with her and her customer service. She is very polite and listened to exactly what I wanted. She was even willing to fix a misspelled name on an older soccer trophy that we received from another company. She estimated about a week and a half which was perfectly fine. She called me alittle over a week to pick up. I am very happy with the work. She is great and I would definitely like to order from her again.

Customer service is 100%++. Super helpful. Amazing spot to get you items such as engraved tumblers, glasses, trophies etc. Organized, clean.

I'm a retired Peace Officer and served for over 28 years. I wanted to get a tumbler engraved for my son who is a current Peace Officer with the same department. Tracy said she is a vendor for this department and could engrave the departments badge on the tumbler. Tracy said that I have to be employed by this department. I told her I was retired and could show her my retired badge and I.D. Tracy still refused. I even offered to show her a photo of myself in uniform since she said that my badge and I.D wasn't good enough. Tracy still refused. It is a shame that a business can't appreciate when someone serves his community to protect and serve all those years and wants to give his son an awesome gift for following in his fathers footsteps. How Un- American. I wouldn't even give 1 star for this review except that it wouldn't let me post.

I went in with an idea an she exceeded my expectations. I bought several insulated cups from her, that are amazing. I have bought or asked her to assist with several or my ideas and she has always exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much

Didn't care to turn my business away.... Didn't want to listen to anything I had to say about what I needed and told me I should not have procrastinated so close to Christmas even though my project was not a Christmas present. I had a legitimate project and many more projects for the future. I will NEVER take any business here again
