This place is incredibly unprofessional. I received the letter pictured below and immediately panicked. 5 years after filing for divorce I am STILL trying to reach a settlement. My ex has actively tried to sell the house out from under me a few times and I thought he was at it again thanks to this idiotic unsolicited letter. They also want to charge you 30%. I don't know what kind of a company pulls this crap but thanks for the unnecessary panic and heart attack after having my a** handed to me at work for 15 hours Coldwell. Truly appreciate it.

I was new to the area. I was looking for a cheaper home and quick. I called the Beaumont offiand the secretary was extremely friendly and courteous. She connected me with an awesome agent. He knew what I was looking for and my wife and I found our home really quick. Even the office manager went out of her way to see how my experience with them was. My brother will be moving to this area soon and I will definitely refer them. Thank you guys ! We love the house!!
