They are a bit defensive about questions and always try to “manage your expectations” which means they are very negative about issues. However they ultimately do a pretty good job and are responsive to issues you find.

I had my car repaired here and I got it back in a very timely manner. Daniel communicated with me at every step of the way and the car came out flawless! Highly recommended!

From the first day we dropped off our vehicle, the communication was at its finest. Jeremy handled our claim and messaged us every few days on the process. He gave us an estimated date when the vehicle would be done and was spot on. The work is outstanding, and highly recommend Class Act!! Incredible service and communication!
