if i could give -5 stars! i happily would!!! the worst credit card company on the entire earth!!!!!!! first off they gave me a lousy mediocre $5000 balance? a beginner off the streets gets those types of balances??? i requested a slightly higher rough balance by $2500 and got denied!! i have a over 800 credit score, multiple credit cards i only went after this one because of the flyer miles and loyalty points? the call center customer service gets routed to the philippines ?!!!the customer service reps are horrible communicators they cant pronounce the names of the merchants so i cant understand their english?? because citibank is too cheap to pay for US staffing in the US they outsource their work elsewhere!! i cant remember getting so frustrated with so many workers on the phone in one day!! i asked for a full payout balance with all PENDING TRANSACTIONS! then after i paid out my balance in full! these jokers decided to leave 3-4 transactions out of the paid off balance and decided to give me a new outstanding balance to pay out a couple of days apart from the first paid out balance!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ANTI AMERICAN BUSINESS COMPANY! they are incompetent, totally lazy over the phone! i cancelled my account and even that action was no easy task! one rep said i needed to call back 2-3 hours from now because they were updating their systems i called back in 2 minutes got another trained liar on the phone and finally cancelled my account!! on a side note right after i cancelled these jokers!! i applied for a chase united credit card and right away got approved for $13,500 credit balance, citibank is a future broke company in my opinion! btw the citibank is just as bad their offices are run down, moldy and the staff is very limited and are always busy!! horrible banking experience,, nothing with the name citibank is good for the consumer!

What is the point of paying a service fee every month if... you don't get service and the ATMs don't have money?1) Their ATMs do NOT accept cash deposits or checks. Some of us still pay and operate with cash and checks in our businesses and personal lives. You literally can not deposit cash/checks without going inside to see a teller. Given they have more relaxed hours than a sloth in a zoo, it's impossible for people with jobs to make it inside by normal operating hours. 2) The ATMs in Beaumont are regularly out of cash. ALL of the ATMs at the bank. I'm not talking about holidays, or Friday evenings. I'm talking about a Sunday morning at 930am before church or a football game. Not once. Not twice. A total of three times between June-December 2022. 3) Yes, I guess I could drive 25 minutes to Redlands one way, or pay a $3.99 fee at another ATM... but why would I do that when I already pay them a monthly fee to... well, have cash in the ATM, at their bank, in the town I live in. I know, crazy for wanting my bank to be able to give me money and not Arco. 4) If you bring this up to a representative they will absolutely notify you that you are in fact the problem. When I inquired about the poor quality and reduction of services in town the two replies I received were, "Why don't you just cash a check in the app?" **How shall I deposit cash via the app??** and, I s*** you not, "Sir, have you ever heard of Zelle? Try using that next time." **Because you are a bank, and this is what customers have paid me in.**Please don't go here. Perhaps if you live in another city it would make sense to use Citi, but if you expect to be able to count on your local branch to allow you to withdrawal or deposit cash you are simply asking too much of them.

What bank opens at 10am?? Oh yeah all Citi banks. This is a joke and this is the one of many things Citi does terribly. They are a bank that still thinks it's 1990. Hard to run a business when they don't start working an hour after all banks open and they systems are so archaic

I care for william Boadway . He is my childrens grandfather. Our experience with citi has been such a blessing. During the loss of my childrens father and many more difficult times papa has always said they were the best. They are proffesional and makes you feel like family. We moved out of state. And we are gonna miss eachone of them!! It will be hard to find a bank that comes clos to their quaility and standards. We wish citi bank and their employees many blessings. Very disappointed you can't reach anybody by telephone. with the hours adjusted due to covid, the least they could do is answer the phone. I work past the hours of operation. this is rediculous.

Very very Disappointed with their customers service, I went there to open a new account and transfer $$$$$ amount, I was the only one waiting for a banker with only tow people at the windows, at the bank there was three to four ladies sitting behind their office, no one welcome me at all or stop to ask what I am here for!!!, I waited 10 more minutes and no one bother to come and help even I was the only one waiting for a banker, Not even look or smile.I felt there a racial discrimination there and I just walk away and will never do business this branch.7/28/20 @ 2:45 pm.

I have a problem with Citibank as a whole. I was left stranded in Los Angeles because I didn't have my debit card with me so I tried to use my Apple Pay. When I tried to get gas using my Apple pay Citibank declined the transaction. So I called them immediately and was told since I have a new cellphone my Apple pay wasn't working because for some reason it said that my phone was stolen so Citi put a block in my acct and it would take 24 to 48 hours to unblock it . I was completely out of gas but they couldn't help me. I'm leaving this horrible a** bank. Gave them 14 yrs and I'm DONE!!!!!!!

Dishonest employees and manager , if you recieve a letter from this bank to open an account with certain amount of money and they give you 500 dollars is a scam , i did it they kept telling me next week ..next week for 8 months until.give up and pull my money out the bank before they make it dissapear . stay away from this bank ...believe me and its manager .

Deposited cash at the ATM by the seedy alley n it took it n broke down n spit out a paper with an 1800 # the bank was open so I went in n a mrs garcia looked at me crossed eyed n said u have to call the # I can't help ushe said in a smartass voice I can't open the ATM to give u back ur money and I said at least look into my acc n see if it shows the deposit she rolls her eyes n types away n says no it's not I said then can u look into it n she said no ! Am like what am here in my bank n u can't help me I have to call myself like wtf!!! I sat there in the lobby with speaker on for everyone to hear I don't care if it bothered them B**** give me my money!!! Am done here am going somewhere else the atms are always busted the house the workers look like they're smelling p*** shifty service stay away I bet it won't be long before they shut this branch too!!!

my man banks here and goes there quite a bit, i go with him and he is in and out of there fast and simple good parking,good tellers,very well lite up for night time banking thru the atm...
