Our electricity kept tripping off only running half of our equipment. Overall the stay was nice. The park is quiet and electrical upgrade to 50 amp service would make this RV park fantastic.

This is a campground in Beaumont. We went here because we have a membership with Colorado River Adventures. It was our first time. We took 4 of our grandkids here and later my daughter and another grandchild came to spend the day at the pool. We had a great time at the pool. We had a nice campsite by the pond. I like the campground. It’s well manicured. The jacuzzi was not working and a regular guest said it has been broken for 3 weeks already. That’s a bummer, but the weather is so hot right now that it’s not as bad as it would be in the winter. Our grandkids live half an hour from this campground, that’s why we chose to stay here. We will be doing it again simply because it’s close to our grandkids. But if you’re looking for a nice quiet, relaxing Campground, this is not it. The campground is located right next to the freeway where big trucks go by all day and night. we can mentally block it out … most of the time, and we use a sound soother at night, so it’s not as bad. But if you’re looking for a quiet place, you will be disappointed. I’m surprised that they haven’t put up cinderblock walls to keep it more quiet. We ate at their little café. We had a BLT and a club sandwich. Both were very good. They were generous with the french fries. The chicken nuggets are smaller than McDonald’s chicken nuggets, keep that in mind if you’re going to order that. It would be nice if they had chicken strips, which would be more filling. Ice cream is a little overpriced at $3 a scoop. There is an activity building where the kids did some crafts. They made little sand sculptures in a bottle, and beaded necklaces. My granddaughter loves her necklace! There are ducks freely roaming by the pond. We saw a big raccoon walk by and broad daylight. And we saw some people catching some pretty big fish. So it really is a fun place to go to if you can get past the freeway noise. There’s a sign at the pool that children under the age of 14 are not allowed unattended. I don’t think that rule is followed, as there were some kids there by themselves being a little obnoxious and doing cannon balls close to the other guests in the pool. It would’ve been nice if there was a parent there to calm them down. There is a sign that says no smoking, But there were some ladies that were smoking and we got to inhale their smoke. That was annoying. My adult daughter put a chair from the pool area right outside the fence of the pool area where we were sitting and she got scolded by a woman who works there because she said she did not want the pool furniture out of the pool area. We explained that we just put it right against the pool fence so that our little dog could be shaded, and then she made a comment regarding us taking better care of our dog by putting her in the Air conditioned RV. They were plenty of extra chairs at the pool, so I’m sure it wouldn’t make a big difference. Perhaps she was concerned that we wouldn’t put it back, I don’t know. It would’ve been nice if she was there to enforce the unruly kids, and the smoking ladies. I guess we had bad timing. Overall, it was a good trip. You’re not going to find the service you would find at a KOA or a more upscale campground. We really enjoyed the pool with grandkids, that’s what made it great for us. we will be back, because our grandkids live close and we can get past the freeway noise.

There is a nice pool and jacuzzi. A catch and release pond for fishing. There is food service at the clubhouse. The park staff is very nice. The rv sites are a little close, but the park is very clean and well maintained. There is a laundry room and showers. We always enjoy our stay here.

I wouldnt recommend- If they remodeled and invested into the park again it could be beautiful. Its in a great location, close to food, shopping, grocery, easy access to the freeway, and it has very mature shade trees. Online This place looks Ok, Theres not a way to book or reserve online, you submit a request and they call you and let you stay in their private resort for free. All you have to do is listen to a camp member ship sales pitch. Ok.
This place needs a massive update, the roads need redone, the sites are all 30amp sites, and the grass is uncared for.
Theres a small secluded circle of what seems like it could be a VIP camping areas, but you would be wrong. Its all the employees trailers that look like they havent moved in 20 years surrounded by overgrown weeds. You see maintenance guys everywhere, but Im not sure what they are maintaining because it feels like this place is abandoned. Employees were nice and helpful.

Great location right off the 10 fwy. Super close to Morango Casino. The facility is clean, the park is well maintained and the people here are number one! Everyone has been so good to me. Like long lost family I haven’t seen in forever. They make you feel home. I’ll return over and over again.
Nearby activities: Morango Casino. Apple picking in Oak Glen. Walking trails or bikes. I rode my skates around the park last time I was there.
Safety: 24 hour security. Those guys are always securing the grounds and making sure everyone that is there, belongs there. I love it!
Food & drinks: The staff in the kitchen are really kind and the food is wonderful!
Noteworthy details: The heated pool and jacuzzi. Hearts

Although the staff is nice this is by far the Worst CRA resort so far. You might as well park your trailer right in the 10 freeway. Do yourself don't bother.
