I usually hate bringing my car into an auto shop because I always expect to drop a couple hundred dollars on maintenance, but after a bunch of research I decided to drop my car off at Cherry Valley Automotive due to the great reviews. I had a few concerns with my car that I wanted them to check, expecting to spending per usual, but Dave was quick at checking my concerns & giving me suggestions on what I should do. They’re super honest & I have never felt so confident leaving an auto shop before. I won’t bring my car anywhere else.

Brought a car down, they held onto it for 2 days without relaying any information, they call me to pick it up because they didn’t know how to work on it.

Unprofessional workers, in an unprofessional shop, they didn’t take me seriously as a customer, wrote only about half the info I gave on a scratch piece of paper and ended up calling me later for information I had already given, only for me to get the car back with the same problem.

My dad brought his 2003 Mustang SVT Cobra to Cherry Valley Automotive for a throw-out bearing and a clutch replacement. Prior to his experience at Cherry Valley, my dad unfortunately was dealt a bad hand at another local auto repair shop, when seeking a clutch and throw-out bearing replacement. Cherry Valley was recommended to him by a lot of people locally. Emmett, one of the mechanics, was tremendously helpful and transparent regarding the issues his Mustang had. Cherry Valley Automotive is a mechanic shop with transparency and integrity, which is a lot more than what we can say about competing mechanic shops in the area. Cherry Valley is also fair in their pricing and does not overcharge for their services and parts. I would recommend other locals to this auto repair shop as well.

The automotive malady that I presumed had infected my Ford vehicle proved to be something else. Careful diagnosis by the Cherry Valley Automotive staff identified the problem rather quickly utilizing techniques that seemed enigmatic. What is most pleasing is the very fair price I was charged for that diagnostic service. The nearby Ford dealer offered a similar diagnosis for only five times the CVA charge. Thank you for a job well done.

I can't say enough about Cherry valley automotive. We had two axles replaced in March of 2022 and last weekend I was working on my van and found one of them leaking and the other one looking damaged. I called Cherry valley automotive to see if there was any chance there was a warranty and they told me because I was a AAA member. They are lifetime warranty parts and the labor is good for 24,000 miles or 2 years. They told me to take it in and they would take a look. They replaced both CV axles and did an alignment for no charge. They are honest and stand by their work.
