This place is of the worst ATM services I ever encountered..The ATMs are always down. This is an outgoing issue. Kind of weird management has figured this issue.

They had a lot of customers waiting without a sign in list, and it’s completely waste of my time when I was trying to open an savings account with chase and deposit some cash right away there, no one ask any customer why they there for and left the customers waiting until their to tell the customers they don’t have time to assist you, and do it yourself online( yes I can do it online but I have some questions about this savings account I’m about to open the answer could effect on my decision whether or not I will or will not have a savings account open with Chase). Unfortunately I wasted 45 minutes waiting for no answer, but do it yourself online and deposit your money to my bank at the counter. So we turned around and left will not become chase’s customer ever, since it looks like they didn’t want to provide any customer service.
an update I went online to try to apply for an savings account it tells me to not approve and go do that in person hahaha…. What a joke …. Keep in mind my credit score is 804-835.

The worst ATM Bank I've ever seen in my life I go to quite a few between my location of work to my home this is the worst ATM machine that's always broken both never work always out beat up disgusting and then you can't go inside after hours because the scanner doesn't work disappointing and embarrassing for our area

Chase have been trying to get me to put my money in CD for 6 months or a year and I said no because if I have emergency. I want to b able to use it. And I notice after that my card has been skamers charging money never before happened ? in 3 months my card was canceled 5 times recently and if I need my card sooner thy charging money. Chase is selfish about business. I will close my account soon because this is very stressful chase doesn't have good customer service I went to get 2,000..00Dollars and she didn't count the money only the machine and she put it on a empty emelop. That was not properly done. I have soo many problems with chase thy are not following the rules of costumes service. I m very disappointed ? I think US BANK IS GOOD .OR LBS FINANCIAL CU becouse I never have problems I been with lbs for 35 years and I never had any problems

do not bank here! they allowed my senior mother to withdraw $14,000 without question as she was being scammed. i went in to ask what their protocol was on withdraws and was told if they have it in their account and the branch has it on hand then they can withdraw. they also said it's an elderly community and these types of transactions happen daily, usually no cause for alarm

Happend last March 4 2023. 9:15 am. They are Unrelialble.they didnt help me.i told the lady that my account was restricted (could not withdraw bor deposit)and i need to talk to a banker. She shut down me right away. She told me that i need to have an appointment to talk to a banker. She didnt even try to at least figure out my problem or give a little time for me. But she didnt. They will do buisness with you BUT will not give you HELP.
