Our experience working with Diana to sell our home was excellent! She is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work and communicate with. We knew she was the right agent for us from the very first phone conversation we had! She helped us sell and close quickly and really went above and beyond to make sure everything progressed smoothly and as stress-free as possible. She even put my skeptical, knit-picking husband at ease, LOL!! We highly recommend Diana, and cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us!

Our experience selling our home with Diana was awesome! Diana's expertise when it comes to all facets of home preparation, listing and showing, inspections and repairs, as well as fielding offers and the escrow process, is second to none. Her practical advice, experienced eye for our area market, and analysis of comps to set a fair list price allowed us to maximize our offers and make a quick sale. Diana's marketing and advertising reach resulted in realtor showings and offers to evaluate within 48 hours. Diana is professional and knowledgeable, but personal and considerate in handling what can often be a very nerve-wracking process. I LOVE Diana!!We live in Oregon and were selling property in Beaumont, CA that belonged to mother-in-law. Diana was so incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process!And, the process was stressful at times for us. I can't express how grateful I am that I found her!

Enjoy working With Sarah Sanchez she’s patient goes out of her way to help you with paperwork on the house. I appreciate how she sympathize with the working class. Very professional and get the job done she don’t hold back she takes care of business. A hard working mom. She answer when I call she makes sure she calls back to answer or help you with questions. We purchased a home that Zillow owned and that was ,how should I say, (a pain) .If not for Diana and Randy's Long hours on the phone with Zillow and hard work the process would have been a disaster...If your looking for the best team its Diana and Randy hands down..I highly recommend them.

Randy and Diana are awesome real estate agents and they made the selling process very easy and understandable to me. Diana was great when I asked her questions about the contracts and overall process, she was very knowledgeable. Randy even installed a CO detector at my home at no cost. I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends as they sold my house the first day it was on the market. I felt very comfortable through the entire process. Dawn Hensley isn't just a great realtor, she's a great person. Selling a house located 800 miles away is hard. Dawn was there for us and gave 110%.Dawn walked into a mess, 20 minutes later she was showing the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dawn Hensley or Randy Harris.

This review comes a little late. We sold our house about 2 months ago and Diane and Randy did a superb job. She was a very good mediator for both sides of the transaction. We were also first time sellers. Some of the formalities we had no clue about. I feel they were very thorough and answered our many questions. I had so many!
