While on vacation my wife unfortunately badly sprained her knee so I needed to get supplies. While the normal drugstore goods were easy, I also needed to get her a cane. I Yelped thrift stores in Morro Bay, CA and there were a bunch. I called four of them and got either no answer, disconnected number message, or no voice mail set up. WTH!? I called Nifty Thrifty and they answered (yea!) and had canes in stock (double yea!). I drove down and they had a light weight adjustable aluminum cane for 4 bucks. Sometimes in life to do well ya just gotta show up and by answering their phone, they showed up. Thank you Nifty Thrifty!

This is one of my favorite thrift stores. I really like Bonnie the owner. She is very fair and has a great assortment of stuff. I also really like her assistant also Bonnie. Always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Her whole stuff is also wonderful. Go and check it out !!

I love the Nifty Thrifty!! The ladies that work there are always fun and friendly and are always helpful!! And there's so many treasures to look through!! It was my favorite thrift store in Los Osos and now it's the best in Morro Bay!!

I enjoyed going to nifty thrifty when it was in Los Osos weekly with my son. Ever since it has moved to Morro Bay, all the women are completely rude and don't acknowledge the existence of customers. I used to shop often, but now I will be shopping elsewhere. Maybe you should say, "hello. Thank you for coming in", sometime. Then your customers will come back.

There doing biz with ASAP next doorThen to there seeking pic frames. Better deal then other thrift stores. Staff are great. Met an artist who told me about a local art show on Los Osos this Sunday.(somewhere to the left of Ralph's market) the store is divided into 2 rooms and one has to walk outside to next door to pay for purchases. It is a thrift store so be careful.... I almost paid for my own reading glasses and art prints from ASAP!! Anyway -I will return to pick up some of the larger and older ,frames - use them for my own pieces and just to spruce up or do ovet/enhance.

I was impressed with their selection of kitchen and cooking items and the very fair prices. Not just junk like in some thrift shop but good brands, newer and functional. (Cuisinart breadmaker, Oster food processor, for example)The owner was super friendly too.

I agree with some of the other reviewers, the prices here are too high for a thrift store. These items are donated and they are charging antique store prices. They could charge less and some of the stuff would clear out. Broken items for ridiculous prices, if it's broken it's not worth anything IMO.

Please update your hours and address if your store is no longer open and at this location. I drove here in the hopes of shopping just to see a sign that you moved cities and won’t be open there until next month. Thank you!
