The ATM's at this branch do not work for depositing money or checks,and they haven't for months now. Even when I get things rejected from the outside ATM, the one inside is hardly any better. I almost always have to do it several times, and even then, there are bills and checks they won't deposit. The human employees that work there are nice, but not a lot of help. I truly miss the days of the old fashioned bank teller.

I have accounts at all the banks located in los Osos. Chase by far is the easiest and most pleasant to deal with. There has been a few times when I've had some questionable charges on my account and April, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I got my account taken care of! Every time I walk in there I am met with smiles from all staff. Bob helped me set up my Ira account. Ricky has helped me open many accounts over the years. I couldn't ask for a better environment! Thank you to all the staff in los Osos!

I would not do business with this bank if it was the last bank in Los osos. Lived in Los Osos for 32 years and have always had good relations with all businesses here. Went in to Chase today to cash a check on a chase acount. First they wanted to charge me for cashing the check. Next they decided that the check did not match my ID exactly, sorry I have a nick name and a long last name. Last April the manager on duty was by far the worst manage I have ever met. Went over to Mechanics Bank and had smiles and great service. Stay away from Chase and April.

I do not want to download an app for a temporary card I like how simple it would be at the same time getting my information stole from me also just as simple as going near me & stealing all my data.

After the passing of my mother I've had to deal with her legal documents. As the Trustee of my parents Trust it has been very complicated and at times confusing. The bank personnel have been exceptional in helping sorting, organizing, and in changing and consolidating accounts. I can't applaud them enough for their help, especially the Los Osos branch assistant vice-president, Rikki Riley. Thank you most heartedly.
