I don't know how they are still in service tge drive thru has been closed for a month the pharmacy line is out the door its never stocked and when I call to ask a question to the pharmacy they never been asking u been calling them for the past 4 days

Literally went inside picked up my meds. They said call if i have any questions just wanted to know if my meds can be taken together and they have picked up the phone 3 times and put me back on hold. The last time a lady answered and said "No" and put the phone back on hold. I know for a fact there was only 1 person behind me and 3 people working pharmacy.

Walked to this Walgreens facility for FedEx, I was told the printer doesn't work and they are waiting on a email from FedEx to be able to scan the code!! Unbelievable!! Not only is this facility dirty, the parking lot has trash, glass and just overall disgusting! The useless employees don't know Jack s**** they don't have good customer service! Do us a favor and CLOSE!!

Literally the absolute worst pharmacy ever -- especially everytime I try to call in ahead -- to make sure my prescriptions are TRULY ready!!! I get automated notifications that my prescriptions are ready to be picked up, but when I go in, they always tell me they're not ready and will have to come back in an hour!!! Calls are being hung up when I try to call the main store!! And pharmacy department never answer calls!!! Absolutely never helpful!!! Worst pharmacy branch I've ever been to!!!

The employees are great at this location. Items seem to readily be in stock. The only issues are have are beyond the local control. #1 - the in store prices are WAY HIGHER than the online prices but they will not match their own online prices. I've asked 3 employees including 1 manager and they won't match their own Walgreens online pricing even though the policy online clearly states they do price match. The in-store pricing is often a full dollar or two PER ITEM higher than online. #2 - the outside parking lot is filthy. You literally open your door and climb through stacks of trash. They (or their property manager/owner) need to address this.

I would like to give a Big Shout out to Chris B pharmacy manager at Walgreens Bay Point. After getting the run around from my husband's insurance. I was frustrated,and unhappy. Chris noticed my frustration and with such kindness and genuine caring he explained the situation with my husband's insurance. The insurance representative stated that someone at Hartford Ins dropped the ball and failed to sign the approve my husband's post op meds! After several calls and four times of returning to pick up his meds, Chris noticed my frustration! It makes a difference when someone takes the initiative to help a frustrated costumer as I was!! Finally the problem was solved! Instead of working with several staff members as last time Chris took the initiative to take care of the problem!! Followed through to help solve my problem!! He also put my husband on automatic refills!! A game changer!! He was wonderful, kind, and most of all was patient and listen to my concerns! On behalf of my husband and I, Thank You so much for your Great costumer service Chris B!! Your such an asset to Walgreens pharmacy!! You make them Shine!! Chris is a representative of Walgreens pharmacy then the competition has met its Waterloo!!!!.......Thank You again,Marcy Romo

I hate coming here. The staff is slow, untrained, and unprofessional most of the time. There's always a long line. If I get lucky and I'm next in line when I walk in, I'm still waiting 30 minutes until I'm next. Something seriously has to be done about this. It's worse than going to the DMV.

Literally the absolute worst pharmacy ever. I have yet to come here and NOT have an issue/have to wait an additional hour. I get notifications that my prescriptions are ready, but when I go in, they always tell me it's not ready. Calling in is even worse, stay on the line for 30 mins until the automated call just hangs up. Everytime you go the people working are just idle and are absolutely never helpful. The worst pharmacy I have ever been to.

The pharmacy is ridiculous on how long they make you wait! There is 3-4 people working but yet only one person helping customers! They need to step it up or hire more help. Its so unprofessional! I was waiting in drive thru for over an hour to pick up my daughter's prescription! I only come here because its close to home but will need to find somewhere else soon

Well if you've seen the other reviews, they're spot on. This place is slower than slow. Been sitting waiting not only in line, but at the window for nearly 25 minutes after ringing the call button and being told I'd be helped in "a few" minutes. Worst drive through pharmacy I've ever stopped at and clearly I need to go elsewhere next time.

Drive thru is a joke. I have been waiting for 20 min. 10 min at the window. 3 people working. If you have three people. One should be at the window helping the drive thru. There is 6 cars behind me. I will never come back here. Changing Walgreens !

Why does it take 30 min in line to get a perscription? Because there is one person at one of 4 windows.
