“I enjoy this cigar lounge. I visit somewhat sporadically, but every time I visit, Steve and/or Adonis, have been extremely helpful and accommodating. Selection is excellent and can be pricey, but reasonable prices are available as well. It's a comfortable lounge, with nice leather chairs and many large screen TVs, you can enjoy from any seat. Ventilation is very good. Many of the regulars are friendly and share some great stories, but you can be left alone if you so desire, as well. I visit mostly during the weekdays, since I'm retired, so I can't speak to the environment on weekends or during the evening hours. During the summer, they have a patio as well. If you are a cigar smoker, you should give it a try or two... Thank you, WC Cigar Loft!”

Sweet Lil' hole in the wall I passed by hundreds of times in my car before finally checking it out judging the book by the cover- building from the outside. Wish I went into it sooner boy!!! Dope pieces large variety of all sorts of gear and friendly staff very helpful with good attitude and work ethics. Happy I went after being dissatisfied by different smoke shop earlier in the day!!!”

“Don't blink or you will miss it. Right off contra costa blvd tucked . I have this place on numerous occasions and never knew it was there. I was greeted by an employee who was very knowledgeable of the products . We spoke about several different cigars and the ones he prefers depending on mood. Place isn't huge but big enough to carry several humidors to carry the best cigars . Picked out several to try with his recommendation. Very leased and will return . If your on the hunt for a good stick check them out .”

“I've been looking for a few parts for my tabletop vaporizer.A puffco peak , I've been calling around for à couple days , and LUCKILY CALLED Voltage it was the Concord store and. He had the parts that I was needing , He told me about the Pittsburgh store which was even better cause I'm in Antioch. So all good friendly. Excellent customer service cause the next day I got a ride to Voltage in pburg and he had brought the part I needed to the store closer to me.So. For now Well upon using new puffco atomizer I purchased at Pittsburgh store I got a good dab let it cool a bit pulled the bowl to clean it and THE BURN PLATE ON ATOMIZER WAS BROKE IN HALF... I am truly at a loss for words 50 bucks for A dab.... I'm hoping I can get a ride soon to get back to store. I'm in a wheelchair so it's kinda hard. I expect they'll replace it they seemed cool and I hope will understand. I'll leave another review as soon as I get a ride to the shop .”

“Most of the people leaving a bad comment are probably just hating on this Smokeshop I been coming here for at least 10yrs and my hubby 5 yrs he changes his checks here sometimes and we buy different types of things here . No one has ever been rude to me here or him (He knows very little English and they still always help him and work with him to figure out what he wants ) I don't always go with him . Everyone is pretty nice honestly . Come check it out and judge by yourself . The owner I super nice and very funny . Also the prices seem fair to us so we love it here and will continue to come to this Smokeshop.”
