They have closed off all but one exits and made the store into a cage.Very difficult for injured, disabled, and elderly people. Especially difficult for those people, since they permanently closed the exit *by the pharmacy.*The store management has shown continuous disrespect for the customers and community for years.I am so sick of dealing with their long lines and high prices for mediocre products.I can't wait for the Sprouts to open down the road.Edit: Dear Safeway, I will try your store again when you fix it.

Service is good most days. Two ways in and ONE way out, which I find to be an inconvenience yet a common theme throughout Safeway stores these days.

I usually have a great time at this location but today i found a small piece of plastic in my chinese food and i must say it disgusted me as i ate majority of my food, i could be over reacting

This Safeway has always been poorly managed, but the recent addition of caging people in the store is not only a giant middle finger to the community, it's a safety issue. Disabled people find it harder to access this store now, which is probably an ADA violation too. Thankfully, Sprouts is already halfway through their construction nearby. I'm just driving farther to grocery stores that don't suck this badly in the meantime.

They cage you inside the store with these new fences as you walk in. I will go anywhere else now. Besides that you can't find carts in an accessible location or if at all. They haven't had hand baskets in years. The lines have always been a long wait. They have self checkout now but it's cramped and you can't use the machines comfortably all while their security stare at you. The last time I came here the security was screaming at someone for 10 minutes and I could hear them from the back of the store. I can't wait for sprouts to open up nearby and take every single customer from this Safeway.

This Safeway is probably one of the worst ones I’ve been to. It’s small, everything is placed in a weird way that doesn’t make sense. Their Starbucks isn’t great, you can make better yourself at home not knowing what you’re doing. The overall cleanliness of the store wasn’t great either.

I usually do not have a great experience here. I ordered an online pick up last night and was scheduled to pick up today at 4pm. There was a problem with the system and no one to help and I called multiple times and no one would answer. When I arrived to customer service there was no employees to help or even call to help. I was very irritated. So I walked up to the order pickup. Thankfully I met a wonderful employee named Daniella! She turned my whole day around! She was so kind and attentive. She went above and beyond to help me. She assured me she would personally work on resolving the issue. She later on called me to let me know my order was ready. She gave me a better phone number to call and she personally walked out my groceries and put it in my car. She deserves a raise and a lot of praise. The only reason I will ever go to this Safeway again is because of Danielle! Thank you sweetheart! This shows you how one person can make a huge difference

The bakery donuts are as good as a donut shop. They even had fruity pebbles donuts and only $1.29. This bakery is definitely raising the bar for safeway. Great job, baker's.

Always check the expiration date on items. People at the store are great! Unfortunately, corporate, not so much. Extremely expensive!!!

Most times busy, but self check out makes it go faster. Can usually find everything I'm searching for. Some employees just domt want to be here & it shows.

Trashiest safeway. Rarely are there carts to use. Other customers steal your cart when you turn your back as a result. Expired food on shelves. Frequent price errors which are always in the stores favor.

Boy, is this is one nasty store!! Employees have matching energy. Purchased spoiled rotten food 4 times within a month!!! Gave this store the benefit of the doubt!! Thats it I’m done. It’s so clear that this store is the “trash store”. Concord Safeway would never and we all know why smh. I will be speaking to the manager in the A.M.
