I ordered shirts and she told me the will be ready for the weekend. Weekend comes and there is zero response. Monday rolls by and claims the image submitted was not clear to make the shirt. I feel like it should have been told to me the week prior when I asked if it was possible to make. Thankfully I did get a full refund.

I would not recommend this place what's so ever. My partner and I came here to get some shirts made. Olivia (the owner) did not get back to messages and she would not pick up phone calls. It took her months to give us our order and she always had a different excuse as to why the shirts were not ready. We spent thousands on our order only to be treated like we were not valuable clients.

I’m in love with the amazing job that they do!! And the attention from the owners is awesome! They are really nice and help you in every detail! I love my T-shirt’s and how my Personal Logo looks in every t-shirt!! I received many complements + the quality is great! I strong recommend creative and Visual!!!
