ATM took my cash from my paycheck and only gave me a receipt with a number to call to see if my money went through. But the deposit didn't show up. After calling customer service they told me to call and file a claim with another department. Claims rep proceeded to make it seem like their broken ATM machine that took my money was my fault and started acting like I was lying and told me they need to investigate. Straight robbed by the bank and told to wait while they investigate themselves for 2 business days. I am obviously on camera and have a transaction receipt during the time the ATM crashed with my money inside. Tried calling the branch and NOBODY picks up EVER. Looks Like I have to switch all my banking over to Wells Fargo now so I don't have to deal ATMs crashing on a regular basis.

Well you have got to be shitting me. I go inside and wait on the couch for a banker to call or approach a potential customer and ask to help them. After 30 mins and watching bankers walk around smiling at each other and only 1 customer in a cubicle. I go up to the window as a teller is saying, "I can help the next customer in line", which there was none. So, I go to ask the teller can I speak to someone about opening a new account. She said, "All our bankers are booked for the day." I said, so you need to make an appointment to open a new account? She say, "You need to speak to a banker and they are all booked for today, I can make you an appointment for another day." I said no that ok, instead on making a scene about the other 2 people just sitting in their cubicles. I walked out. They sure the hell don't need my money or business with a business model like that. Turn away potential customer cause you has bankers not doing another at that moment and we still need to make an appointment. People be very very caution about people and banks that do this. It's like throw out the red flag in the first minute on the game. Don't come to this location. You may want to try another branch. Totally unacceptable. Taking my business somewhere else.....!

First off I wanna start with I've been banking with them for 15 years.went in to take some change rolled up to put in my account would not accept it due to volt was too full ok then I try to pay Bill with it wouldn't let me which upset me banking with someone for so long and gonna treat their customers like that .I tried calling the bank 6 times could not get through to nobody end app calling 1 800 number spoke to a lady she said long as I have a bank in account I can put it in And then get there for them to tell me something totally different but if you answer your phone's maybe somebody would have known not to come down cause your vote was full so that was a very big inconvenience out of my day.

Cancelled my check for no reason. Now I have to wait 2 weeks so bank can reissue me a new check. This is so stupid. I couldn't cash my check after the d*** clerk did this.

Yesterday I wanted to order foreign currency and they told me that its not possible. Supposedly they don’t do it especially within a week. Other Chase locations always order it for me within 2 business days. Very disappointed.

Tatiana didn't tell me or my sister she was doing a credit check , so she run both of our credit as a soft hit on our credit. I walked into chase bank to open a checkings account , and the teller directed me to tati Tatiana , she asked if she could see me Id then said is this your current address? I said no . She said you need something from the mail with your name & address , she didn't talk for couple mins , I thought she was just putting in my information for the account , she said i printed out paper one second. 5 mins later she brings paper to me and I start reading the paper but she said she was saying it out loud to me so I discontinued reading the paper I was signing. She said I need to put in $500 monthly so I void $8 fee from chase. When I got home I told my sister you can apply without a credit check but when my sister walked in 2-3 days after I setup my checkings account with Tatiana , she took my sisters information, Veterans ID & regular ID . She went into the back for paperwork . She said it seems like I can't run your credit , can you sign this . My sister signed the paperwork and then she was typing stuff on her computer , she said do you check your credit? My sister said yes I check my credit. She said there's something not letting me get your a checkings account here. My sister said what do you mean? She said I can't run a credit check or there's something on your credit that's making getting an account at chase hard. She said you got declined for an checking account here. My sister and I are confused because we didn't know she run both of our credits . I CLOSE MY CHASE ACCOUNT

This bank is right off the freeway. It's in a shopping center but it is super busy. There is two atms outside. There's one inside of the actual bank that you can withdraw a larger amount. There's always 2-3 tellers here just because it's busy. Overall it's ok but the super busy location sucks and getting in and out of the parking is super stressful.

Business people are incredibly busy and sometimes you have a minute to spare to go to a bank physically because you don't have a choice! To walk in and be told you have to make an appointment for what you would think is a simple transaction really sucks!! And when they dismiss you as a matter of fact further adds to the lack of understanding of the time constraints a small business have! This branch sucks! Will be closing my account today!

I was I could give it NO STARS!! Today was the first time I've EVER experienced racial profiling out of all the years my husband and I started banking here due to a closer at our local branch. The line was long so the "Branch Manager" Nessir Kirollos helped my husband with his transaction, no problem. The issue occurred when she looked at my husband who is black and the amt of his check. So she tells my husband there will be a hold on your check mind you this has never happened, but said she can take the hold off. Wait, what? Then she give him this stare like how do you have this said amt of money and giving him that up and down look all the while looking at her screen. Not wanting to cause a scene my husband politely ask why? She just said "because she can." I should have just gone to my regular teller whom I've dealt with over the past years. I would think for a branch manager you should have more class, professionalism and more importantly respect towards your customers. Horrible!!!!

I see a lot of bad reviews concerning the time waiting,but in my case I made an appointment they were waiting for me and i opened a checking account, everything went smooth in less that 30 minutes I was a new Chase customer ,maybe it was a good day to go, maybe it was the lady that helped me out, I don't know what it was, but my experience is a contrast with all the bad reviews, so there you go I'm happy and satisfied Chase customer.
