Cancelled my check for no reason. Now I have to wait 2 weeks so bank can reissue me a new check. This is so stupid. I couldn't cash my check after the d*** clerk did this.

Yesterday I wanted to order foreign currency and they told me that its not possible. Supposedly they don’t do it especially within a week. Other Chase locations always order it for me within 2 business days. Very disappointed.

As an international student, I'm not an English native-speaker. The banker is really patient and friendly to explain everything about the account. I'm so glad to have an excellent experience here.
