The finance guys did a nice job with outlining the additional services and while they closed on me it was not a brow beating. “Got a bike after not riding for well over a decade and needed some gear. A very helpful guy who worked there (wish I could remember his name), took a good 45 minutes to show me different options for jackets, gloves, and a helmet. He didn't Try upsell me or get me to to buy unnecessary gear. He found me a great jacket and helmet at a awesome price point that included a sena earpiece. He found a great phone mount that works for me as well since this is going to be my commuter bike and I will need the ability to take calls. Overall I was very impressed with his knowledge and the fact he wasn't pushy trying to get me to buy top end gear. I will definitely be making this my go to store for anything motorcycle related.I left with a good feeling and feel safe on my bike now, I came back to exchange the phone mount since the one I bought wouldn't fit my bars and the exchange process was absolutely painless, they even came outside to look at my bike and find me the right mount. I joined for a year and by doing so it saved me money on my purchase with 10% off followed up by an additional 15$ off coupon. Dropped my purchase from almost 1000$ down to just under 800$. These guys will take care of you.”

“They were very helpful the entire time. I called like 3 times before I came in super nice and explained everything. When I went in the entire group I met were all nice people helped me get the paperwork squared away quickly. Then they had a driver who took my son and i to the car rental place, idk if it’s a thing they have everyday so don’t go in there demanding it but it was amazing to have save money on a Lyft to go get a rental car. The entire time they had my car I was getting updates on it so I knew what was going on. I texted them the day it was supposed to be ready that I needed to leave to work before 12 and they had it ready for me again not something that I can guarantee happens all the time just but it was again wonderful to have it ready by then. They explained everything they did and were super nice. They even looked like maybe they vacuumed the car where they had to be in maybe idk maybe I was remembering my car messier than it was but I’m pretty sure they did to clean up their messes but I loved the touch. I’ve had shops that leave my car a mess things was not one. I loved them 10/10 recommend taking your car there they were wonderful all around and the outside of my car looks brand new! Great place definitely take your car there to get it fixed.”

“Very nice facilities. They have a shop on-site and can order anything if they don't have an item you need. Dedicated sales people on the phone know very knowledgeable and it was a breeze to confirm that they can do the job before I drove for miles to another county. They are fairly busy, and an appointment is most likely required. Upon arrival I was greeted and after a short wait the "yes, sir" guy checked my appointment, confirmed the part number, I brought my parts, and my car was on the way to the garage area. Did I mention they are busy? The mechanic was knowledgeable and immediately confirmed extra effort needed for my job which we discussed beforehand, it required taking off the bumper, installing the hitch and putting the car back up together. “The absolute best quality repairs. If you want your car fixed the right way, come here. Their team is great to work with and are absolutely fantastic at what they do! Badges are never reused- instead they order new ones so that your car looks as absolutely pristine as possible. They also quality control check every single replacement part that comes in, and if fitment and finish isn't perfect, they ask the dealer to swap it out for one that is perfect. As they are a small shop, sometimes the wait can be longer than usual, but in the end it's worth it as their quality of repair can't be beat!”

“I'm a bit disappointed to have to give RT a 4 star review as historically I have had good experiences with them. Their prices and selection tend to be very good, and I have had good service in the past.On my most recent visit a couple weeks ago (11/9), I purchased and had installed a set of 4 higher end tires (275/35/21). The price was very reasonable ($850 out the door), and they could install them right away. I walked down the street for some coffee, and the vehicle was ready when I came back. If my experience ended there, it would have been 5 stars. Unfortunately, that Sunday (11/12) I noticed the car was missing its lug caps on one of my wheels. I know they were present prior to the install as I had coincidentally taken a picture the day before they put the new tires on and the car was in the background where you can clearly see them (and who the heck would steal lug caps, especially off only one wheel). RT was closed as it was Sunday so I went the following Monday (11/13). When I went in, I asked the person at the front desk if they had any missing lug caps. He said their side had nothing to do with the installs as they just sold the tires so he sent me to the back. A young man came out and tried to help me, claiming they had just cleaned the shop and they hadn't seen any caps. He searched the back and checked a couple spots up front. He also had me check my spare tire and glove box, but no luck. He then took down my number telling me his manager would call me, but it's now been a week and a half with no callback. If they had found my lug caps, offered to replace them (we're talking less than $20 in parts), or even offered me like $15-20 in future credit, I wouldn't be docking them a star. Unfortunately they didn't even bother to call back so here we are. So bottom line is I still recommend RT, but make sure to double check their work and ensure you have all your lug caps!”

What I got was a high quality bumper respray and key/scratch fix that was done fast and with care. I'll be back if I need more paint work done and would recommend this place to my friends.”

“Took my Toyota 4Runner cylinder head to be machined at a another shop the initial Inspection was $230 they stated it would cost me $1,100 to machine it on top of the $230 I already owned them. For that price I could purchase a new one for $700 though it would be an after market replacement. Decided to go to Dan's engine shop in Concord on a recommendation and the machined the head for $550. Got me back on the road for less than half the price and got it done in 3 days. Super knowledgeable and friendly. You can't find honest people anymore, but in this shop you can! Thank you!”
