This lovley little market is our lifeline while staying at the lake! I always know they are there for anything we might need. The kids love walking down to the Pines for all their snack 'needs' on any given day. The staff is wonderful, Celia is our favorite gal there. She's always got a smile for everyone and is just a joy to see every time we visit the market. The deli on back has a new menu this year we're eager to try out. OH, one of our favorite things we've only found here are the flavored milks! Try the banana milk if you see it. And say hi to Celia if she's there.

Went in with my family. The cheese in my wife’s breakfast burrito was not melted and never had been. Odd…. Get to the front and the female balding lady gets super mad that I asked at the wrong time if they still give a local discount still. She re-rings everything up without saying a word bags all of our hot food with our cold drinks and hands me the bag. It was slow and there was one other family in the market. I’m sorry to take away from your time standing behind the register doing nothing.

This was my family's second visit to the Pines. It was so fun! There was so much to do right on the property (pickle ball, playground, spa, s'mores, game room, workout room and more!) my family made wonderful memories and I highly recommend the pines. Check in was lightning fast, which is always nice. It's also pet friendly. We brought our dog. What a great trip!

Easily the most overrated and dirtiest place I’ve stayed in. I tried to give them a chance but there was cob webs everywhere in the cabin, layers of dirt on the floor, and the restaurant was repulsive.

We have been staying at The Pines resort for 40 years and won’t return after this weekends trip due to the management/owners lack of response to a Spring Break style party across multiple chalets parking spaces. This group brought in and set up for the entire weekend a sound system, floodlights, fire pits, tables and chairs in the public spaces. When front desk management was contacted multiple times we then called the GM/owner regarding the noise, language and inability for us to enjoy the outdoor space of our chalet or quiet INSIDE our chalet. THE MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO MAKE THEM STOP saying ‘They have booked multiple chalets for multiple nights.’ In other words, they want the revenue coming in from this group more than the satisfaction from the other guests. Vomit, trash and broken bottles all around our chalet upon checkout!

The Pines Resort is a very cozy and inviting place! The staff was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, so I was always reassured that everything was going to go well. We went the first week of October and it wasn't incredibly busy yet, so we got in at a perfect time. We first stayed in the mountain side Chalet with an upstairs living room + kitchen and downstairs bedroom space. It also had a little studio and balcony. It wasn't as cold at night so we didn't get to use the fireplace, however, it's perfect for wintertime! It would have been even cozier! The chalet was beautiful and spacious! I could say that it had enough room to fit a whole family. We eventually switched over to the Lakeside King Spa Suite just to see what that was like and it's perfect for 2 people looking to relax and unwind on their getaway. It's more of a hotel room than a cabin and has all the amenities that you'd find in a suite except it does not have a full kitchen. It also comes with a nice hot tub/jacuzzi in the room. You also get a nice view of the lake on the balcony. There's a lot to do at that lake but I knew I was going kayaking no matter what! They offer different types of rentals on site but it’s a good idea to book ahead online. Everyone seemed so laid back and helpful there so I was pretty happy. They have a restaurant there called Ducey's On The Lake and you can dine breakfast, lunch, and dinner while having a clear view of the lake next to you! Upstairs, they have a bar and grill and that you should definitely check out as well. Food was delicious no matter which one you went to. The food portions are decent and will get you filled up. I would definitely come back here since my experience was nothing less of spectacular!

The Pines Resort were excellent hosts. They were extremely kind to my friends and I and the service was prompt. The lakeside chalet was also incredibly cozy. The fireplace was great for making s'mores and the full kitchen allowed us to create our own feast. The resort is also a great spot since you can head to Yosemite National Park to see some natural wonders.

Some of these reviews crack me up with what people choose to complain about... this store is great. It has everything you could think of. It is the only store in the area but you can tell they put much thought into inventory. Note: This store has regular coffee available. No espresso machines for lattes or cappuccinos. They have a yummy grab and go breakfast bar and we loved the breakfast burrito.

This is the general market of The Pines Resort. You can find pretty much all the things that you may need here from fresh fruits to fishing gears. There is a deli here but it's closed after 2pm on weekdays and 3pm Fri-Sun.

It’s a lovely place to relax and be awed by the beauty of the lake and surrounding forest! Ducey’s restaurant is a great place to dine—we had a breakfast, dinner and Mother’s Day brunch there, and all meals were fabulous!! The wait staff is attentive, professional and friendly! Our server for two meals, Colleen, was so sweet and gave us great sightseeing ideas and tips! We truly enjoyed our stay!
