On June 24, 2024, I received excellent service from clerk 30 in the postal lobby. She helped me mail my documents, and gave me a free receipt!
Let me add that once my documents left the Barstow post office, it became lost, hung up in Riverside when it was only going to San Bernardino. It went to San Bernardino processing plant twice and Riverside twice. It still has not been delivered and this was important documents. Stop with the EOE and hire people based off of brains, not color.

The United States Postal Service service is very bad, the mailman who provides the service and who makes the route through the Barstow CA Motels; path Main ; when he arrives at Plaza Hotel. This man always arrives at night; at 7 or 8:30 at night. We don't want it to arrive at those hours; He throws the mail through the gap in the office door; and when one goes to deliver letters from people who don't live here; he does not receive them in his hand; makes one place them on the stairs when leaving the office; and he grabs them with anger and very upset; Saying many things in an annoying way in English. People like this should not work like this in these postal companies; since they give a very bad image to the company. Please keep in mind. Thank you. Improve a lot.

She reached out to me tonight because I had a package that was supposed to be delivered through My address was smeared And undelivable and my normal postal carrier had just retired so Person delivering it did not know my name She called me and told me rest assured. Wow... Please look out! Employees stole anyone's debit and credit card mail plus your Social Security Administration mails!Now, they tried to hack your text with a fake email "USPS" because of your mail bank debit or credit. They knew your number text. They wanted your money. You should never trust text and mail and don't click it.

These people meaning USPS workers are stealing mail that's a federal offense I had some mail stolen with my kids shoes in them I haven't received a refund or gotten a call back from any superior at all said to say it's a old black woman in charge they give your mail to Anybody this post office needs to be investigated by the feds it's some shady play going on over this old woman's head ijs.

I couldn't go in. Ramp angle is too steep! Mayo Clinic patient with a bone disease. Only wanted to get a replacement key to my mailbox at my apartment. Was told by my housekeeper who went inside that rep from Post Office will come outside to ID me so I can get the job done. Will return when I can!
