I came to see if my lost package was returned here for pick up, but they moved locations to 130 Coolwater Ln in Barstow. I arrived since Google Maps says they're open, but it seems that no one is here or working. They're supposed to open at 11:00am, it's now 11:45am as I type this and no one is around. They don't even have the times posted on the door on if they're open, their shop times, or when they'll return. I'm sure these people work hard, but management can at least post something on the door for holidays and times of when to come in and when the shop is closed for the day.

Arrived about 11 am. All doors in the strange little plaza were locked. Wasn't able to access #F which was supposed to be the UPS shipping suite.

What ever you do, Do not use them for a Amazon return. They have had me return for two weeks and is holding up my refund. This is the fourth time ups and this facility hasDone this.

Place was not open and it was after 10am nobody seemed to know if they would even open for the day . I guess that's just how they run Thier business .
