Terrible service from the pharmacy! I called a day in advance and was told my prescription would be ready in the morning. I arrived in the afternoon, yet I still had to wait 30 minutes. It's bad enough being sick, but not having your medication prepared on time is extremely rude and inconsiderate.

Wouldn't suggest going here ever. They have messed up everyone one of my kids prescriptions as well as mine every time we use this pharmacy there's an issue . They have input out names wrong and even have given us the wrong medication on 2 occasions one was for someone else . Brenda is rude and has a disgusting attitude towards patients I have had several encounters and complained several times and she is still there idk how .

This is the worst pharmacy I have dealt with. I signed to have my prescription mailed to me only to find out it can't be. I don't drive never have and they refuse to mail it to me. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy ???

I just have 1 question. The store had a nice ride around cart to use. But. Now they no longer have one. EHY. I can't go in there and shop because my legs are getting weak because I had polio as a child. We need one at RiteAid so we can keep coming and enjoying our shopping. Please, I beg of you get a cart .

They make very serious mistakes. I received a medication that didn't look familiar so I called and it was from 2 weeks ago from Urgent care. Then they lie and say I never picked it up. I picked up antibiotics from the same order and was unaware the order was incomplete. I'm trying to go back to Teplows, I only changed because of the drive through and it's opened late. Now they are holding my prescriptions hostages. It's been over a week and they are not sending all my refills to Teplows. The lines are long and the girl at the window is very rude. I have filed a complaint.

Arrived at Rite Aid to pick up a simple subscription. Took 30 minutes to be see. at the counter. We were i formed to return in 30 minutes to pick up our subscription. Upon returning a little past the 3 minute mark, it took an additional 45 minutes to recieve our subscription.
Over two hours spent waiting for two simple subs.

Tupo took care of me again. I had a refill ready for pickup however RITEAID didn’t have my insurance information on file again!?! How many times does it take right aid to establish my Tricare & Aetna pharmacy coverage? I was glad Tupo was there to come to my rescue as she conducted research on my insurance status and information verification . Thank you Tupo for looking out for your customers by establishing their insurance credentials. Now if the other employees would do that for the customers…….please give Tupo recognition for her customer care.

I am mentally disabled and I was going through a very rough time. I needed my medicine quickly and Breanna and the pharmacist worked so hard on getting my medication to me when I was very sick. I can even say that they saved my life on that very dark day. Excellent work!

This is the worst store I have ever dealt with. Every single pharmacist has lied. The workers in the pharmacy act as if their customer are bothering them. I have medication I take daily. They never have my prescription. If I don't go in person and complain I will not get it. Just today I called 50 times. Finally had to call the front of the store. The worker went into the back to have the pharmacy answer. The pharmacist said you called CVS. I said no rite aid. He said okay bye , I had to stop him from hanging up. Turns out I was right. He didn't even know where he was working. Then tells me the other pharmacist that had my Dr change my prescription because he said they never have the one my Dr prescribes, lied to me. Now they're saying they don't have the new medication that they told my Dr to change my prescription to. and to call my Dr. it's Sunday so I'm just screwed over? They could have warned me for weeks ago. But, once again no communication. I went in to speak to a manager. They said to call 1800 rite aid. They are also closed today. I've called them plenty of times and nothing is being taken care of. I understand issues with the medication. But I've been have issues for years. Why not just call me when it's available. They won't. They can't even answer phones politely. Now I'm going to be behind on my medication when because I trusted the word of the main pharmacy manager Fadi: who lied, and rite aid for having a pharmacist work in their store that doesn't even know he works for them. If you get medication here. Make sure you get the right one and correct amount. If you have an elder who gets their medicine at this store . Check and make sure they are getting it because this store will ignore them

This place is a complete joke. Monthly I have medication to pick up. Monthly the same people are rude. They do not care about their customers. They lie all the time. I’ve been put on hold for over a hour multiple times. This has been going on for a while. I’ve told multiple pharmacist and they do not care. I feel sorry for the older customers that do not even get their prescriptions filled on time because they can’t even stand up for themselves

I had a great experience at Rite Aid this visit. Line very short. Medications ready and didn't have to wait.

My husband and I tried to go to the bathroom, and the African American guy lied to us. We asked him if we can use the bathroom, and he said someone n the bathroom has the key just wait. We waited 10 min to use the bathroom, my husband asked for the key and the guy said “I don’t know where is the key” and he turned away. Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE.
