Absolutely wonderful experience! Truly wonderful flowers! I live in Arizona and needed to send flowers to a friend who lost a best friend in Barstow. They absolutely nailed it. Delivered in three hours and trust me, it made my friends day! Took no time at all to order and they worked with me to get the exact right arrangement for the occasion. I trust them.

It takes a lot for me to write a review, and my experience with Rainbow Florist in Santa Clarita is one of those times that requires sharing the phenomenal customer service I received. Let me start with the fact that I always use a local florist as it is important to keep my business local. I had a minor mishap with my delivery. The response from the owner was so quick, and he went above and beyond to not only rectify it immediately but also upgraded my order to let me know that customer satisfaction is the most important part of his business and because of the way he so graciously took care of me he now has a forever customer, and one who will be singing the praises to others.

The young lady that took my order was the sweetest.she was very patient an helpful. I spent over 200 dollars an don't regret it.they answer the phone at about 9 a.m unlike there competitors near by. Rainbow NEVER fails to deliver! I ordered a corsage and Bouttaniere for my kid and their date's Senior Prom. I ordered it in advance because I wanted it to be SUPER SPECIAL- orchids, which I know are kinda rare for these parts.To say the set was GLORIOUS is an understatement- the Bouttaniere and Corsage were utterly gorgeous, suited them both so beautifully, and was worth every last cent.

Rainbow florist has the best quality of flower arrangements in town. Our purchases are always handled with care and I appreciate that. I've heard horror stories where friends in other towns recieved flowers that were wilted from their florist, but that has not happend at Rainbow. For any occasion, I will be using them.

I've been ordering flowers from Rainbow for over three years now. The arrangements are always better than pictured, delivered whenever one needs and priced competitively. I just ordered a Designer's Special for my Mother's birthday. It is the best of all: Huge flowers, fresh and with breathtaking scent. Highly recommended.
