The guy with glasses has a very nasty attitude. Also his knowledge about anything electronic is even worse. He claimed to know a great deal but his brain is still somewhere in the 1970s as far anything electronic. He needs to let the other employees run this store while he waits in the back or goes home. His customer service is worse than anything I ever seen. He seems to think every electronic that has ever been made, by every brand, is completely made the same way. First off, if you going to work the counter, how about NOT being on your phone. How about greeting customers instead of having a funky attitude because we “interrupted” your phone time. Isn’t that what lunch is for? If you’re the “owner” you set a HORRIBLE example for your employees. Stop claiming to know everything when you REALLY DO NOT KNOW A THING. Maybe if you ALLOW people to speak, you’ll have a better understanding. But because you are clearly the inventor of every single thing that is brought into this store, I guess the customer who purchased said items don’t even know what they bought even if they had a receipt. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. IF YOU THE OWNER, JUST SELL IT AND MOVE ON. WORSE OWNER OF ANY BUSINESS.

Sapphire was excellent and helped me with all the questions I had! The other guy in the shop with the glasses was very rude and sent me straight to sapphire. The other times I come into the shop , no matter how busy it is , I have to wait until sapphire is free even if the guy isn’t helping anyone. I didn’t appreciate that at all!! I’ll most likely never come back here again!

Stuck up and had their noses in the air. Very unhelpful. I came in with a 90% coin which they said only 60 % silvere and was only 25 cents.Just a terrible experience

Horrible prices for when you pawn things just Horrible gold is the one thing that should be good to pawn not here tried to pawn gold that was 20 grams the people offered me 50$ don't bring gold here.

Bad service I asked if it was a great condition on a bt speaker that I have and they told me that they don't play what "if here". I was being cool and friendly until gentlemen with the glasses was rude to me.
