“We were a couple of tired travelers having just made it across the East Cali desert on 120° summer day. We pulled off in Barstow to get fuel. The coolant dumped all over the asphalt. We knew we couldn’t go any further. We were in a 1 ton diesel, not everybody works on those.I called four places and finally got a referral to Elite Auto and Fleet. I spoke to Kevin there and he said yes, we can fix that, but we don’t have any openings until tomorrow morning. We asked him to put us on the schedule. We knew we didn’t have any other options. About a half an hour later he called and said he could see us at 2 PM. We were overjoyed.He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and had us back on the road by 4:30 PM the same day! He said he thought about our predicament and knew exactly how we felt. He really did us a turn by squeezing us in. I cannot recommend this auto shop highly enough!”

“I can't even explain how happy I was for the man who was there today to help me. I went to another tire shop first and the other shop refused service on account of there was only one employee there, I went to Mota's and he was busy answering phone calls talking to guests that drove up & taking care of my car effortlessly without breaking a sweat & when it was all said and done. The man gave me my money back. Because he didn't have to do a patch but he did take my tire off and help ease my nerves so I tipped him for his troubles best service I've had in a long time. Very nice people as well.”

Originally I had the store across the street but the recommended to come here. The lady was really nice my husband was the one that did the interaction and she came out to help with the oil . That's really good customer service , we were happy she helped and said she's been in Barstow since and has never left and always sees people from out of town. “Great service, very friendly and very convenient to the freeway. Was on a long trip to Texas from the Salinas area. Before I left I paid a lot for a wheel balance and rotation. 300 Miles into the trip all four tires started wobbling bad. Pulled into Rock Tires and they found that all the weights had flung off at high speed. They balanced all four tires and got me back on the road quickly at a huge discount! Thank you Rock Tires!”

“On Saturday, as we were driving through Barstow, our check engine light came on. I was almost panicked, but I looked for help immediately. Luckily, service manager Robert, at Mojave Jeep Chrysler, who was about to leave for the day, went above and beyond to assist.With a calm demeanor, yet with a sense of urgency, Robert swung into action. He quickly assessed the situation and realized that my vehicle needed the attention of a good, qualified diesel mechanic. Instead of turning us away due to the late hour, he made a personal commitment to help with the issue promptly. Understanding the inconvenience we faced, he reached out to another service manager to arrange for our vehicle's examination on Monday morning.And Robert, knowing that we needed a place to stay for the weekend while our vehicle waited for its Monday appointment, he extended his helpful hand further. Knowing the local area, locating suitable RV park options that could accommodate us during our unexpected stop. His dedication to our peace of mind was evident.Come Monday morning, as I arrived at the service center, I was met by Caleb, who was expecting me. He prioritized my vehicle and, recognizing our situation, expedited the inspection and repair process. Thanks to Caleb's professionalism and dedication, our vehicle was back on the road that day.Throughout this experience, the exceptional service and the friendly, informative attitudes of both Robert and Caleb left a lasting impression.
