The moment I hit the "post" button on my undeserved and insulting review I submitted about you Thursday 7/11/24 I had a knot in my stomach because I knew what I had done was WRONG. I did everything in my power to have it removed thru yelp but to no avail. That is why I must resort to addressing you in this way - I apologize for that , but I wanted the people at large to know I was wrong and how sorry I am for my actions . I didn't learn too much from my parents but one thing both my parents were adamant about as I was approaching adulthood , was that under NO CIRCUMSTANCE do you ever judge or insult a woman based on her appearance . I did thst blatantly to you in my last post and for that I apologize , The ironic thing is , all the anger and rage I expressed in my initial post - wasn't even directed at YOU . To be honest I'm upset and angry at myself for ending up in my current predicament. I guess what happened was , I had the forum and the flood gates of hell opened up inside . You are truly undeserving of the words I used and how I addressed you in that review. I'm going to end it here , I feel as if a weight has been lifted and I'm glad to know that deep within my blackened heart I still have conscience in there somewhere - heck I thought it got killed off with my ability to feel and have emotion! Who knew? Oh, and I guarantee you our paths will never cross again , so no need to worry about things being awkward- But not because I feel the office is not capable and competent - because I'm embarrassed and ashamed to show my face there again . “What lifesavers! My little one was so sick and they agreed to see her on a first thing walk in the following morning. The staff was so wonderful in kindness and explaining everything step by step. I can highly recommend this animal hospital not only for customer service but for client service. Now onto try the meds they gave me and hoping she heals right up. Love my puppers”
“I love coming to Petco. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable of the products and services. Great prices, and if you have the Petco App, you can save lots of money.The only downfall are the lines backing up. I think Petco needs to have 1 more cashier or make sure the staff responds rapidly to any lines backing up.”
“Happy it was open after 7. My king was so sick I really didn't think he would make it. They took great care of him where my original vet didn't... he was feeling much better after and was able to come home the following day”
