Grecia helped us last week after my dad's passing. Mom was a little confused about accounts status, balances, etc. Grecia displayed tremendous empathy, gave great customer service and employed wonderful people skills. She handled all of our business in a professional manner. We spent about 15 minutes with her, and it couldn't have been more pleasant and productive. She is a great asset to the bank, and we will definitely be keeping all of our accounts there, and likely opening a couple of new ones soon. Great job.

I just left the Appointment I had with the bank to open up a new account and it was nothing but easy and effortless I would like to thank Brian who assisted everything and made it stress-free. I would recommend this bank to anyone who is looking to open an account The office and inside was very clean and I handled it properly

" Grecia Arellano Was Awesome ! " My wife and I went to the US Bank in Banning, CA to open a new account and get a Safe Deposit Box. We were nicely greeted by Edward Juarez the Bank Manager, and he sent us to Grecia Arellano for service. Grecia was one of the nicest and friendliest business people we have ever met. She handled everything very professionally, and was very detailed in her answers to all of our questions. Grecia set up 2 accounts and a safe deposit box for us and was AWESOME ! at everything she did for us. We were very impressed with this US Bank.

I went into the bank to cash a my check. I was told I could not cash a check at US Bank. I have a valid drivers license. I do not have an account with US Bank. However, I -2 weeks prior I was able to cash a check that was not a US Bank check with out any haggle. I did have to pay a check cashing fee and the very pleasant gentleman who assisted me, informed me " I was in the system and I could cash a check anytime". He offered me an opportunity to open an account. I was treated very differently today. I was told I could not cash my check and the teller "Grace" was very unprofessional and did not offer any other solutions. I called back to speak with the manager and she claimed there was no manager available for. She never offered me an opportunity to open a new account or provide a card with the mangers information to follow up. I was very disappointed and I decided I did not want to bank with a company who treat their customers unprofessionally, poorly and disrespectful!!! I decided to take my funds elsewhere an deal with a better bank.

This is not my bank. But i had a check written out ot me from this branch. i went inside the bank to cash it. The one and only teller was on the phone, whispering, it was clearly not a business call. 3 people waiting and she never made eye contact or gave any indication that she saw us waiting. When she finally got off the phone., she ducked her head and went into the back. When she came out into the front where we could see her, again....no greeting, no indication that their were people just standing there waiting for her to do her job. it was apparent that she was now counting her drawer. She continued to ignore us. Finally a man, from the side desks called me over. i showed him the check and told him i wanted to cash it. His awnser, if you don't have an account with us, then i will need to know where you work, what is your occupation, your social security number, and we will have to run a check on you. Why? i asked. It is our policy. So if you bank with these people, do not write your friend a check. IT will be impossible to cash it, even if your money in your account is good and just sitting there. Treating me like i was up to no good. Dosent seem right.

A 5 ***** bank by any stretch. I've been with them for 11 years and it's as good as any bank I've used. Short lines. If there's a few people in line, the manager or the loan officers will pull people out of the line and service their needs. That has NEVER happened in Wells Fargo, BofA or Chase.

If I could give a half star I would. The costumer service is piss poor. Leanna Lewis is THE WORST teller I have ever dealt with! She gave me false information and in return I was charged INSANE overdraft fees that I did not get refunded, instead of just admitting to a bank error! They never have enough people working. When you call they pick and choose when they want to answer. Honestly the people who work in the morning are clearly not "morning people" because they all have some sort of attitude. If you're looking to open an account here I BEG you to go to a credit union or any other bank for that matter, but I know that credit unions are all about costumer satisfaction and this place is not! I don't even know why I went to US Bank in the first place. Oh and if you do have an account make sure you check your statements and keep an active check register so that you can be sure you're not charged unnecessary fees because I've caught them before! Smh p.o.s.

Disappointment, ATM was out of order and the line inside was 10 people or more deep. You would think since they want to keep you out of the teller line they would make sure the ATM is working.
