Honestly I'm happy coming in. Usually I get anxious if I have to come in because it means I can't fix it myself and in always afraid it'll be something simple.
But I saw Kyle yesterday and that dude was so nice and professional! Like he was so fun to talk with and helped me with every problem I had and might have a bit down the road.
Customer service is kinda tricky at times and even though my dumb butt rushed in at like 15 to closing he helped me so well. Please I hope regional recognizes this store and gives raises to the people within. He isn't the only awesome experience I've had I just don't remember the name of the woman that helped me the month previous.

My cable box died, so I called and had Spectrum mail me a new box, supposed to be plug and play. That box wouldn't work. I called again and a tech brought another new box. It all seemed ok. Then the remote would not operate the box. I took the new remote to the Spectrum store and got a replacement. I followed the instructions but nothing. I called their help line. Someone there tried to pair the box and the remote, but nothing. I hung up and continued to get the remote to operate. I tried again and called the help tech. This time someone named Lynn helped me, she tried everything, never giving up. She kept trying everything, and finally got everything working properly. Thank god for some one who cares and is relentless. Thank you Lynn.
I don't have Facebook.
You should recognize her, she went above and beyond.

Sadly, I was told a lie. I was told that I could have unlimited plus for $10 for 1 week. I have come back from that week and canceled that service only to find out that I'm actually being charged close to $50 for the entire month and the plan never even worked for its purpose anyway! This is really no better than Verizon. I am bitterly disappointed!!

Do not shop here! If I could give it a -10 I would. I went in with a broken phone to buy a new one and was offered a trade-in credit if I gave them my old phone. They told me that it didn't matter what the condition of the phone was I would still get the $700 off of the new phone. I wanted to buy the $200 phone but I was assured by the salesperson that it was a great deal to get the $1,000 phone because I would get the $700 credit back for trade-in. But instead I got scammed. They gave me zero trade-in credit for the phone and by the time I realized what they were doing to me the time to change my mind had expired. Now I have a very overpriced phone I paid cash for up front so I'm out $700 on the deal. And they knew full well that they weren't going to give me any trade in for a broken phone. I was escalated to management and was told that there's fine print somewhere that was not available for me to read and I'm not sure I even received a copy of that says the phone needed to be worth a dollar or more trade in order to get the $700. I have been with Spectrum for many years for internet and this was my first phone by experience with them. Shame on them for taking advantage of customers like this. I am sure very few people get anything out of their trade-in or ever receive the trade in credit. And they keep your old phone and the chip that they need out of it. A win-win for spectrum and a lose-lose for their customers. They have my $700 but after I finish this they will never have another dime of my business after having been with them for many years. And this is down to the salesperson in the store who insisted that it didn't matter what condition the phone was in never mentioned the $1 minimum trade-in value. Lesson learned.

The last 8 weeks Spectrum has been throttling our internet bandwidth, and my TV smears, or glitches; and after I log in the speed is 300+ mbps yet, within an hour my speed is down to as low as 2 mbps or, typically 7 mbps. When their commercials come on telling me what great speed they're promising, I just fume. Having Spectrum as your internet provider is worse than going back to dial-up. Too bad it's part of my HOA cost. I will bring it up at next HOA meeting. Quit throttling our speed, or lose your account! I have work to do and I cannot wait for web pages to load. I cannot recommend them lowly enough. It should be minus 0. I'll have to see if Elon Musk's Starlink is available here. Spectrum is all about marketing, not quality.

I received a call from Andre letting me know that my bill was going up next month. Andre said she could help me save money and she DID! She saved me $70.00 a month and I have a better set up with all the things I had, plus more. I am really grateful for her help. Genuine, helpful and kind. Thank you!
