The worst place. First washer sure $5.25, just shucked that up. Went to use a dryer and another $5 gone. Cost almost $36 to do laundry! Absolutely ridiculous. The timers on the machines are broke as well. 21 minutes turns into 30 easily. And doesn't help its in a sketchy shopping mall either. Definitely will not come back. Waste of my time and money

I was in your laundry mat while you were here, you left as I started drying my clothes. Your dryers are a rip off most don't work at all. I've Spent 15 dollars and way too much time attempting to dry my clothes. This place is terrible.Now I'm out of quarters, my clothes may still not be dry. And half of my last dollar was stolen by your machine

Had the worst experience here spent over $100 trying to wash my clothes and didn't even get washed right one washer waited till the 9 minute mark to throw water for the soap to dispense so basically at the last minute my clothes came out smelling like somebody's dog as I started to move my stuff to the dryer half of them didn't even work the bottom ones didn't dry anything put over a dollar inside of it and my clothes stayed wet I used the back wall dryers and half of them didn't work the bottom half I used all of the big six load washers waste of my money and time at that they did not have anybody on site that you could talk to waited to see if someone would show nooooo the number left on the wall went to voicemail and the voicemail was full very disappointing my first and my last time ever going here would not recommend it and it was very dirty 8/2/23

About a year ago I visited this laundry mat and left I believe a 3 star review, the new owner then contacted me asked me to visit again, upon doing so I'm downgrading the place to one star. The place looks the same to me the temperature ?️ inside was likely close to 100 degrees at 8pm, that's insanity use the ac. The dryers are pricey and two of 4 after five quarters had dried nothing. Not sure what the owner thought when he asked me back, but no problem I won't make the mistake again. Sad part is it's the only one in banning but ild prefer to drive further to the one in Beaumont at Pennsylvania and 5th atreet

Literally here right now, put a $20 in to get quarters and I only got $15 back! Wash is costing me a total of $12 and now instead of $8 to dry my clothes I’m down to $3 and that’s not enough! No one is here to speak to! I knocked on office door and got no answer! So upset

This Laundromat which is located in the decrepit Stagecoach Plaza in Banning is one of the Worst around. Mincing, Molesting, Violent Hobos infest this place. Windows are broken out of this place on a regular basis. Crazy Hobos use the washers as actual toilets, you need to look carefully before loading into a machine. Filthy place, crackheads smoking meth and weed inside this facility all the time. Many broken machines, your clothes will come out dirtier than before you washed them. You will be heckled and harassed by these toothless, filthy freaks. You will be better off washing your clothes in your sink at home.

I was in there tonight 01/18/2023 and two of the washers were not working just took my money didn't even start to wash, like it filled with water but that was it the timer was counting down like if it was working and it sounded like it was spinning but it wasn't doing anything, I thought I had put a little more clothes than what I was supposed to but after I took out most of the clothes it was the same, I ended up taking everything out but didn't do anything still just drained out the water and kept making the same sound but that's all. I tried to leave a "out of service " tag but there's none! No smoke or anything like that was coming out from it hut it smells like if something is burning or something (kinda when u leave something in the dryer for too long) that was washer W13.The washer next to it W14 did the same! No number on Google to call or "out of service" tags to put ?

Spent $40 on 5 loads of laundry. Place was packed out. Homeless man still sleeping in there after months of complaints. Washing machine put holes in my clothes. Four out of five dryers did not work but took payment.

I recently moved to the area and this laundromat is clean. It's under new ownership or management and everything has been upgraded. I've been going here for 3 months and so far I've had no issues with the machines I've used nor the change machine. I also like that I feel safe when I'm in there. It seems to be busier in the evenings so I recommend going during the day if that's a possibility.

Dryers don't work. Put in my quarters, timer is running and it works for a bit then NOTHING. Timer is still running but my clothes are not drying.Tried knocking on the window for assistance and no one was there or at least no one opened up.

I do laundry here all the time. They have nice big machines that work well and the change machines always have plenty of quarters. I appreciate this establishment being here for everyone!

It’s a dirty place to come and do your laundry! Nobody was here to help, and people is rude! I had a very bad experience.
